Holiday rentals with beach access in Duval County

We loved staying at Susan’s place! The nearby beach is not too crowded. It is steps away from a coffee shop. It is in a nice location close-by the beach. The beds were comfortable. Great value for the price, location & amenities.

The apartment was well equipped and we were comfortable with our 22 lb dog who is not accustomed to apartment living. The kitchen was well stocked for people who do some cooking. We appreciated the stainless steel pans.The place was clean, comfortable and stocked with items we might need. Towels, laundry detergent, paper products, coffee, tea, a few spices. The area feels safe and the streets surrounding have sidewalks with wide green ways for taking a longer walk. Grocery stores, gas stations and easy access to the interstate.

Julie’s place was a great find. Super convenient to the beach, quiet, and surrounded by friendly people. It almost felt like a little pocket world outside of Jacksonville—peaceful and relaxed, yet still just a short drive to everything the city has to offer. The studio layout worked perfectly for our family. No separate bedrooms, but the kids loved sleeping on the pullout right next to us. Julie provides a very helpful guidebook with recommendations. We enjoyed a great meal at V’s nearby—highly recommend. All in all, a very easy and pleasant stay. Would absolutely come back.

Absolutely beautiful—just like the photos. Peaceful, quiet, and perfectly located with a lovely footpath to the beach. Clean, fresh, stylish, super comfortable, and high-quality throughout. The hosts are amazing. Hope it’s available next time I’m in Jacksonville!

Great place for our last minute family of 4 plus 🐕‍🦺 weekend trip. Close & easy access to the beach. Cute older home with charm. No issues with any of the space or amenities. There was a lot of road work going on but easy to navigate around. Shar was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Definitely recommend her place for a stay and may be back! Walked to dinner and coffee both days. Breezy coffee & wine shop is a must!

The location was perfect! A 10-minute walk to the beach and conveniently located near a supermarket. We had everything we needed during our stay! The space was big enough for a group of 3 people, and the kitchen was fully kitted out. The only thing we found a little inconvenient was the lack of a full-length mirror (but we were a group of college-aged girls travelling, so this probably wouldn't be an issue for most people). Kayla was a great host, and we would 100% stay again!

Perfect location steps away from the beach, home was very clean and a perfect beach getaway. Parking was easy and accessible.

This is the best Airbnb experience my family and I have ever had. We plan to rebook next year! It was a last minute accommodation and everything went smoothly. It is literally a hidden gem. I didn't even know there was a pond until I tapped the listing. the beds and blankets were so comfortable. altogether we caught 15 fish! we had an amazing vacation. thank you so much!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Attila’s place. The apartment location is perfect, just a few blocks from the ocean and lots of great bars and restaurants. Attila was a fantastic host with great communication. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Jacksonville.

My group had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet tucked away enough to offer a real sense of privacy and peace. Sachin was outstanding—incredibly friendly, responsive, and communicative from start to finish. He made everything super easy and made us feel very welcome. Tanya’s place is absolutely stunning! We came to Jacksonville for a wedding at the glass factory, which was only a short distance away. My family and I were very pleasantly surprised with the home, the backyard, and the pool. The neighborhood was very nice with some neat restaurants and bars nearby. We did have one issue with a broken bed but Tanya was very quick to respond and fix the problem. I would absolutely recommend this listing to anybody!

We have stayed at this house several times and absolutely love it! It’s the most amazing location on a great street with easy access for early morning beach walks. We will most definitely be staying again soon!

Wonderful home , close to the beach and beautiful neighborhood. The air conditioning kept the house very cool which was great being there in June. Hosts were great and made sure to stay in contact even after we left making sure all our needs were met. All positives for this stay, great job guys!

The condo is beautiful and the ocean view makes it the perfect place for a beach vacation. The home was clean and very comfortable and the hosts were communicative with us! If I’m back in the area I would definitely stay here again. I recommend this condo to anyone looking!

We loved staying at the condo. It's so close to the beach, a covered patio which was perfect for the afternoon showers, and the house was very clean and comfortable. Having a pass to go through Sawgrass saved a lot of driving time to get to restaurants. The Sawgrass Beach pool is right next door. We were fine with the family noise but something to keep in mind. We will definitely rent here again.

The purpose for our trip was to visit family living in the area. The location was IDEAL. And the 2 king sized suites made it more so. It gives the feel of a luxury hotel. The place was immaculate. It had every creature comfort one could want. JCE went above and beyond what anyone would expect in making us feel welcome, comfortable and appreciated. I highly recommend this location and JCE. They are indeed SUPER HOSTS.

The rental was extremely nice. There were lots of perks and supplies were plentiful. It was close to the beach and not far from the Omni or the shopping area. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with and seems to go above and beyond. If we go back, I would not hesitate to book Cheryl’s Sea Shed again.

This place was amazing. The beach views were stunning. No picture could capture it! The surrounding neighborhood was very nice and safe. Even though you’re in a complex, walls aren’t paper thin which creates more privacy for your family! Tiffany was very responsive and helpful - even informed us of local events. The place is as listed, fully stocked for pretty much every need, and super convenient for the beach. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony or even the bed. We would love to rebook in the future!

Amazing location, this apartment is a true gem. Bruce and Pamela are responsive and kind hosts, and there is everything you may wish for in the apartment. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely do so whenever I am near Jacksonville!

We had a great stay. The condo is so close to the beach and we made good use of the beach umbrella and chairs provided by the hosts. The unit is really nice, with a well-stocked kitchen, and a super comfortable bed. Definitely recommend staying here!
