Tiny house holiday rentals in Duval County

It was a cute little cottage. I will say the photos are a little different from what it actually looks like. Definitely smaller than what I thought it was going to be, and the greenery wasnt kept up with— There were moths and mosquitoes in the house and the door was completely open when we arrived. REGARDLESS this was a great place to stay. Very quiet and comfortable. Allison and Dwayne were great at communicating and I would definitely stay with them again.

Was able to work from the cottage during the day and enjoy evenings and weekend with my friend in the area. Very clean great basic kitchen amenities for coffee, breakfast, lunch. Exactly what I needed!

This was absolutely perfect for two people. Very convenient to the beaches. The hosts were great and were available to introduce us to the home. If I find myself in Jacksonville beach again I would definitely book with them again.

This was such a cute space! Deborah made the most out of a studio area and I was amazed how much was available at the house. It was a short stay for me so I didn't get to enjoy the patio, but the house was very clean and organized. Bottled water/snacks were a nice surprise too.

My stay was amazing. The listing looks exactly as it’s shown, Kyle is very responsive and helpful about questions that I had, and as a non local I really appreciated the brochure on things to do in the area. 10/10 amazing experience

A great little quite place to stay while visiting family in the area for Easter weekend

This is my second stay at the Moody Loft and it doesn’t disappoint. Cameron is polite, responsive and accommodating!

Our host was proactive, helpful from the start. Bathrooms were white and easy to see how clean they were. The Nest thermostat keeps the spaces a good temperature. I especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. My favorite feature was our bed. The mattresses must be new. With the clean linens, everyone slept well in this quiet neighborhood. There is a beautiful park with a paved walking path out the back gate to enjoy too.

Highly recommended! This was my second time staying at this wonderful little cottage. Excellent location! It truly was like a sanctuary for me during my time in Jacksonville. For the price and location 10/10 hands down. I have stayed at many hotels and small Airbnb solo by myself visiting family in the hospital. This was by far my favorite! I felt safe! It was so quiet! All the amenities I wanted plus! Wonderful little back porch, butterfly, hoot owl. Host was kind and friendly. This place would be ideal for couples. Has a little spa like feel. Very comfortable! My first time in a tiny home This home was very convenient for me near my grandchildren. Although private and quiet, it's not far from a major street with plenty of restaurants. The house was very comfortable with convenient parking.

We’ve traveled around the world, stayed some incredible places, but this one has a special energy about it. We loved waking up and looking at the window. The tidewaters were visible and you can tell when there was a low or high tide. The whole atmosphere felt very homey. We don’t get that kind of feeling from most places we go. It felt like home, almost within hours. We will be back!

Very nice friendly host with flexible checkins and the place was pretty clean. Needed a place to get a Power Nap before hitting the road and this was perfect. Would recommend

This was the perfect spot for our roadtrip! Follow the directions, and yes you will get there. It's like finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. 😁 This charming, comfortable small place was exactly what we were looking for. Just wish we would have had more time there to enjoy the firepit, or to just sit and enjoy the lake. Would stay here again if life brings us this way again!

This has been my absolute favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed at! It has the most beautiful scenery, relaxing atmosphere, and sweetest animals. At my arrival, everything was clean, accommodating, and welcoming. The tiny home exceeded my expectations, I absolutely loved it! Angela was very responsive, as well as informative. I felt at home throughout the entire duration of my stay, and if I ever need to book an Airbnb again in the area, I will rebook with Angela.

I had a great time during my stay. Home looked and smelled clean when i arrived. The neighborhood was within walking distance of the beach, the plaza etc. As a solo traveler i was worried about location but it was always very quiet.

I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this stay. I’ve stayed in quite a few rentals and none of them had all that I needed like this one did. It’s very cozy and private with a beautiful driveway to get there, yet only 7 minutes away from the beach. There were plenty activities and restaurants within 15 minutes as well! We found this place last minute and are so glad we did. Next time we pass through, we will for sure be looking to stay here:) 10/10 recommend!!
