Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. . We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and even an escape room.

This home has been in our family for 50 years and we have always felt that it is the perfect beach cottage. This summer we installed a pool and couldn't ask for anything more. It truly is the icing on the cake! A perfect place to come and relax on a summer vacation.
