Beautiful place - even better than the photos! The backyard is so peaceful and we enjoyed a dip in the pool. The 2 bedrooms and common area were very spacious and great accommodations for my family of 4. Keegan was very helpful leading up to and during our stay.

Sue was extremely responsive and helpful throughout booking and our stay. Both hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The property is beautiful and quiet. We slept very well and felt right at home. Definitely recommend.

This was our second stay and we loved it. Did some fishing, walking and relaxing. Well worth the trip and looking forward to our third visit.

John’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway with my partner. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is charming, quiet, and very walkable — we loved exploring local shops and restaurants nearby. Would absolutely stay again!

This was a great pick for a weekend stay. Polly was helpful and welcoming, nothing bad to say. We only stayed for a short while but definitely was worth it!

Jennifer was a fantastic host throughout our stay. We came from Florida to visit our Indiana family and had a 20 people at least family birthday party for my daddy and the deck was very spacious and Jennifer accommodated us with a large table and chairs. We will certainly return again. It was a wonderfully blessed time. Highly recommend this place.

I booked this place for my technologically challenged parents. They loved to place and were very pleased, Carrie was communicative and quick to respond. She gave easy and clear instructions that I was able to pass on to them. They had a great time. Thank you, Carrie!

The place is very convenient for me, and the basement is cozy and comfortable. She ‘s also incredibly kind and always willing to offer anything we might need.

Awesome place to stay ! Alice was a great host, super friendly, the place was very clean, great shower pressure. it had chickens, ducks, and bunnies and also a very nice and cozy fire pit, very relaxing and private. we had great weather and it was beautiful outside.

Charle’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. We really appreciated the disposable plates and eating utensils being provided even without a kitchen! We also appreciated being able to park in the driveway and the Airbnb being within a 10 min drive of all of our destinations.

Amazing experience, clean, private, beautiful surroundings and backyard. Hot tub and sauna were a great bonus and Selam was a very pleasant host. I highly recommend, 10/10 and the price was reasonable and worth every penny.

Linda was the nicest and sweetest lady you’d find. She made us feel at home and made our stay very pleasant . The neighbors were also very welcoming . She gave us chocolate on the first day and filled the fridge up with essentials. I would book again when I’m in town.

Wonderful stay with exceptional hosts! The hosts were incredibly responsive—answering all our questions both before and during our stay. The private downstairs area was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities and some delightful surprises. One of the highlights was the peaceful park just behind the house—perfect for morning and evening walks around the pond. To top it off, the hosts surprised us with beautiful flowers to celebrate our anniversary, which made our check-in extra special. We truly appreciated their kindness and hospitality. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We loved the charm and character of this old house. Also, we appreciated Amy's extra touches, like the eggos and syrup in the fridge and the drinks and liquid creamer. There were plenty of clean towels and the house was spotless. We were so comfortable!

Came here with friends and family for 5 nights for Centre Graduation. Amazing place, but it is down backroads (like most of KY) and dark at night (just a heads up for people who don’t like driving in the dark) but it was not a problem at all for us. The living room had so many games for us to enjoy during down time. The patio is amazing with beautiful surroundings. We didn’t get to use the outside fire because it rained the night we planned to use it but overall the place was so clean, pretty, and comfortable. Lori was by far the most amazing host I’ve ever had. Her charcuterie boards are 1000/10 and so much food and drinks included for a great price and she’s food safety certified! We ran into her a few times and she such kind and helpful host. She also had prints (cards) of her artwork and illustrated books which are all gorgeous for purchase and her art in the rooms. If you have any doubts about this place, don’t worry, just go for it! It will definitely be worth it! Thank you Lori

Timothy’s place was great. It was generously and thoughtfully appointed. It seemed like he had thought of everything convenience I might need for my stay. It had the cozy feeling of a lake cabin. Very private too. It was just as pictured and very well priced. Couldn’t believe all the tools and appliances provided for my convenience including, coffee, creamer, sugar and even snacks. The shower is excellent too. Checkin was a breeze. Timothy allowed me to check in really early which was a big help. Timothy’s was very responsive too. Since I usually stay in free standing Airbnb’s with their own thermostat controls, I was not prepared for a shared thermostat located in Timothy’s home above me. I did have plenty of space heaters available and there were a couple of ceiling fans so I was able to manage ok. I would definitely recommend Timothy’s place. It was in a gorgeous green area with lots of trees.

I had a great stay here! The space is a cozy basement that offers great value for the area and price (lots to do if you search up some places!) . It’s a regular basement setup, but everything was clean and comfortable. The hosts also live upstairs, but they were respectful and quiet—just the usual sounds like walking, TV, or talking, nothing disruptive at all. She’s very nice and responsive if you have any question which was helpful! One thing to note: since it’s a basement, during heavy rain the floor may get a bit of water. It’s not their fault and pretty typical for basement spaces, but I’d recommend not leaving electronics or clothes directly on the floor just in case. Other than that, everything was smooth and I’d stay again!
