Debbie was extremely helpful, flexible and kind. We felt right at home and grateful to find such a sweet place that fit our needs perfectly.

My sister and I stayed at Rebecca's rental and we both loved it. Everything was very clean and it was very private from the rest of the house. I reached out to Rebecca a few times and she was always quick to reply. The patio in front of the apartment was very enjoyable and we sat out there in the evening and the morning. It is close to the county road so that did detract from the peacefulness but we still enjoyed sitting out there. The beds were comfortable, although a little on the firm side but we slept well for the most part. We have family in Goshen and we want to stay at Rebecca's when we return because we liked it so much. Thank you Rebecca, for providing a cozy place for people to stay.

Perfect location for me, having grown up in Syracuse, it was a great jumping off point for re-exploring the area and visiting old friends!

This place is fantastic. John has done a fantastic job with making this spot feel welcoming. It was spotless and smelled great. The decor is cute as well. No complaints at all. John’s directions were perfect and the location is wonderful for walking about the city. 10/10 not only will I be recommending this listing to others I also plan to use it again in the future.

Quite possibly the best place you could stay in the whole town of Bloomington. Marina is an excellent hostess and made a wonderful breakfast for us each morning. The quarters are cozy with a great vinyl selection. Easy walking access to the square and plenty of space to relax on the rooftop between excursions.

Bonnie was very nice and communicative. Her house was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. The complimentary coffee was delicious! It would be nice to have a locking door dividing the downstairs, but I felt safe and at home regardless. Overall very good experience and look forward to staying here again!

Loved everything about this spot, especially having use of the pool and hot tub! My kids loved the theatre room. We will definitely stay again.

Jennifer's place was a beautiful peaceful oasis! It was adorable and cozy on the inside, and the porch was very relaxing with the hot tub. We felt pampered and snug due to the interior design, nice notes, snacks, shower steam tablets, and nature photos. Jennifer even left us a beautiful Memorial Day card that I was able to give to our dog sitter while we were away! And - she was incredibly helpful when we booked. If you need a place to stay to relax and recharge in the country, or if you're on a roundtrip and want a little break - I highly recommend this sweet spot!

We had a great time. Shane’s place was perfect and in a really great location for our family getaway to the Indy 500 with a toddler! The patio was so peaceful in the morning hours. We would definitely book again.

This a great place to stay. Dawn is so responsive and helpful. Once you are in the home you can see why she is a super host. Everything and anything we could need or want was there. It was so homey and she even had robes for us to use. Even though it’s in a basement there was no musty odor at all. It smelled clean 👍 which it was. I enjoyed the snacks and the water and Gatorade in the fridge. My husband and stayed here for the rolling on the river beer festival. We would definitely stay here again.

As long as you don't need a kitchen or TV, this was the greatest place. I fully enjoyed staying there. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower were great. The place is small, however all nicely remodeled. The it's very peaceful. I didn't hear traffic, etc., so I could unwind from my busy day. Also I really liked the coffee bar, it's a great touch.

Easy to find and plenty of area to park. The home was even better than photos. High ceilings and wonderful decor that we really enjoyed, even some pics of hosts family and details added a charming touch. They had fresh cookies, a gift card for a local restaurant and a sweet welcome card upon our arrival. There is pretty much nothing they forgot here... just about anything you could need was provided. We also enjoyed the cows out back and their showy big bull who let us know he was in charge of the rest. What an awesome place and kind family!

We had a wonderful stay at Cook’s Cottage! We needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of our lives and this was perfect! Being on the lake was so quiet and peaceful! Very relaxing! And so beautiful! We were there 2 weeks before Memorial Day so it wasn’t busy at all…only a handful of people out on the lake so it was quiet and tranquil! Almost felt as if I was in a dream! The cottage was perfect for the 2 of us! Corey and Michelle did a great job remodeling the kitchen and updating the rest of the living space! Everything was sparkling clean and so quaint and cozy! And I LOVED that no pets were allowed which showed in how clean everything was! It was also awesome they let us use the condiments in the fridge and coffee so we didn’t have to go buy everything. We literally felt like we were staying in a friend’s home and not a rental! Corey and Michelle were so nice and helpful and we enjoyed getting to know them through the cooking class and boat tour! PS. Corey’s coffee was amazing!

Loved the location. A short distance from Hubers which was our destination. The space was clean and the shower had great water pressure. The space is nice and had just about everything we needed. Would recommend ! There were a handful of plug ins around the space that we unplugged for our time there. But other than that it was a great space for our stay. Although our daughter was feeling under the weather when we left she talked about the flower in the driveway the whole way back to Tennessee.

I loved staying at Cindy’s place! It was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and a cool tiled bathroom and the outdoor area is gorgeous- one of the most beautiful parts of Indianapolis yet convenient to anything you could need or want to do. I definitely hope to stay again when I am in town!

Our third stay--I cannot use enough superlatives. The space is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and equipped. To say it's immaculate is an understatement. Thoughtful touches like Q-tips and cotton balls, razors and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple meals. There's a range of coffee and tea pods with sweeteners and creamers ready to go. The bed is comfortable. And did I mention how clean the place is? Can't recommend this spot more strongly.

Lori has a emaculate house and takes very good care of it. Absolute gem. Really appreciate the hospitality she brings as well. Many different amenities to this place.

We enjoyed this loft apartment and plan to return! It is a 5 minute walk to the Monon trail, with access to nature and also Broad Ripple Village. “Fresh Thyme” (sizable grocery store) is a 10 minute walk, which was so helpful. The skylights and abundant windows allowed light to flood the space. The AC/heat/hot water systems were robust, even on chilly days. And there’s even an under counter freezer. There’s so much well-planned storage, complete with multiple coat racks, and the laundry room was truly appreciated. It was great to have an inside staircase, too. Can’t say enough about how helpful our hosts were. We will return! The Haleys

Robb’s place was a stop during our travel across the US. It was a lovely place for a stop: clean, comfortable, peaceful. We really appreciated the water and snacks. Would highly recommend.

This is a perfectly quiet and peaceful getaway. The area is very well maintained and a tremendous relaxing environment. Venecia was very accommodating and my stay was wonderful amongst the perfect rustic finish and decor. Highly recommend!
