Townhouse holiday rentals in Indiana

Great location as well as check in instructions, communication and a really friendly family. The dog doesn't like me but I rarely saw him. The home was clean and there were plenty of supplies for when I made a mess. Overall great experience.

The townhouse was perfect for a few nights stay. it was clean, on a quiet edge of Bloomington so it wasn't super noisy with traffic, check in was easy. as was check out. it was worth what we paid to have over a hotel room by far. only time you could hear neighbors was when they entered or left as the doors sometimes shut quite hard.

Our stay here was wonderful! This is a hidden gem in Bloomington, a cute little quiet neighborhood-feel.

It was great stay at this place for my wife and I. Was there for over a month and had little complaints!

Just Wow!! I needed a place to call home for a few months and I hit the jackpot with Sivan‘s cozy, comfortable and welcoming home! Not only was it beautifully decorated, she had every amenity you could ever imagine. ( even a garlic press and tiny spoons to stir your coffee:) Truly a gem in historic fountain Square! Sivan is beyond amazing and answered any questions efficiently and effectively! I rented a lot of Airbnb’s all over the world, and this one felt the most like a true home!

This was a great spot to stay, in a lovely neighborhood! I took several walks and went to the park to go hiking! Nicoline was super helpful and flexible! We can't wait to go back!

Great place to stay for a ND game!

Our dog loved going on a walk in the area. Many other dogs live in the area and he loved having the new sights and smells! We came to town for the Disturbed concert and we were 15 minutes from the venue and the zoo. We had a blast! I love the hustle and bustle of being close to the downtown area! We had a family situation arise and they accommodated us, and the kind neighbor even helped out when we were at the concert and our family member couldn’t get up. It’s a friendly area, and full of life.

Great space to stay if in the area. Everything matched the description. The pool table was great to have along with the fire pit!

The place was great! Very clean and comfortable. Getting in was easy, instructions were very clear, and there was ample street parking. We'd happily stay here again.

Very comfortable and homey! Matched the description and photos. Had everything we needed for a stay before family wedding in the area, but I can see a family group or group of friends being comfortable for a longer period of time for a trip. We didn’t cook, but I did notice that the kitchen was very well equipped. Host very communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend.

The owner's were quick to respond to requests, which were not many. The place was definitely clean and the owner's unobtrusive, which sometimes they can be. The neighborhood I like a lot now but at first I was a little concerned as it's in an area being revitalized. I have another project coming up in the fall and I'd be looking to stay there again put it that way. And if their place isn't available I'd be looking in that general area.

The place is clean and feels welcoming and pleasant. We visited with 12 members in the family and kids never got bored. The host is quite flexible with extra needs if required. All items were accurately as described.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Great location and safe neighborhood. We loved having a garage! The hosts were very attentive and we will be back.

The basement unit is clean and spacious. Jenny is a wonderful host and responded to our questions in a timely fashion. My wife and I had an enjoyable 2-week stay. We would recommend the unit. In fact we are coming back in April.

This place is seriously breathtaking!! It has a huge beautiful open floor plan that made it perfect for entertaining. The place was spotless from top to bottom. The beds were super comfy, everything was top notch. I loved the mood lighting through out the ceilings, seriously this place is a whole vibe. Our host, Kathryn was quick to respond to any questions before, and throughout our stay. She even set out the champagne glasses I asked about. Would 10/10 recommend!

Clean and convenient with all the amenities needed.

Stayed there with my 3 boys. They had blast with the air hockey table, basketball hoop and the big Jenga set. Place was super clean, nice and quiet back yard. John was a great host

We stayed for the weekend for my Birthday with family. Great location, 5-15 minutes from all the Indy attractions. The house was very clean and very well decorated. Plenty of places to in the house to hang out comfortably.

Gerri is great. This place is unique and comfortable. It's perfect if you want to walk around to different restaurants, coffee shops, and the Ohio river, etc... The place is spotless inside and out. It was worth it.

We were in town for an event so the location was really convenient. Having a garage to park in was very nice! We had a good stay. The bed was not quite as comfortable as I would hope but it was newer and clean so that is what we appreciate most!
