We’ve stayed here a number of times and it is consistently great! Just what you need for a trip to Louisville. Bed is comfy. Plenty of space. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Sophia is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We love the NULU area. Check out Nouvelle next door when you are sick of bourbon. 🍷

Awesome apartment in the heart of Over-the-Rhine. Key feature and super amazing for us, was the City Connecter, with three stations all within a block or less from the apartment. We used that tram regularly and only used our vehicle for already planned trips further away. The apartment is very cute and well furnished. It’s very quiet, even when the bar two stories below has patrons outside, and we felt completely at home while visiting. There are so many local eats a walk or tram away, it’s ridiculous. Too many to choose from. If you’re going to a Red’s game, STAY HERE, take the City Connector. It literally drops you off at the Great American Ballpark, skipping all the traffic and parking fees that come with those ventures. We do plan to go back and will stay here again!

Stephanie and the co-hosts were excellent! I was in town for a family event and communication around our stay with everything going on with family events was quick, easy and overall kind. I always felt I could reach out if I needed anything. There were even sweet rolls in the fridge (which we unfortunately were not able to get to, but were all touched!) The space is extremely clean, making it a very comfortable stay. We had plenty of room to lounge and for all of us to get ready at the same for all of the family events. Would highly recommend this stay if you're coming for a football game, visiting family or any other fun activities in Bloomington!

I came out to Louisville to visit my sister who was having a baby. This place was super convenient for us since it was so close to the hospital. It was easy to get in and all the rooms were super clean. I definitely would come back to stay again!

Staying at this Airbnb was absolutely worth the price. The place was clean and conveniently located near plenty of great restaurants and bars. The host was very responsive, keeping us updated and giving helpful heads-ups about the unit. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and the location was right next door to the venue. The front view was in the heart of Findlay Market and back deck view was of the city, which is breathtaking at night. I would definitely stay again!!!

This was the absolute best Air bnb experience I’ve ever had . And I book and travel almost every month . The host are perfect. Helpful & responsive and so friendly . The air bnb is so adorable and decorated so well . The patio is a magnificent addition . I felt like I was in my own home for the weekend. And it’s a tall-friendly environment. Definitely going to try and book here anytime I’m In Cincy. It’s a great location , close to so much . With the perfect workspace inside too.

Such a nice place in a great location. Ben has obviously put a lot of thought into the space. Our dog enjoyed the deck and grassy backyard. The floors in the apartment above are a little squeaky, but if you don’t mind a little noise, then the place is excellent! Thanks, Ben!

Katarina hosted a great experience for my friends and I who were in town for a wedding! Place was exactly as described and near some cool things to do downtown. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever back in Cincinnati!

Great place for our short stay. I’ll be back when I have to attend on campus at Frontier again for clinical.

The apartment was very clean and modern. It had pretty much everything we needed: Towels, hair dryer, soap, a well-stocked kitchen, even tea and coffee. The only thing we might have added would be an ice tray. The place was very clean and a nice place to wind down between activities. We were a 15-20 minute drive from city activities, but the neighborhood itself is not walkable. We didn't try the public transportation because bus rides to the places we wanted to visit were about an hour ride. Expect to have to drive. The good news is the parking is very convenient with its own lot! There are some restaurants nearby, and Factory 52 was a really cool place to go on the evenings we had nothing planned. (Thank you to the hosts for great restaurant and activity recommendations and that walking tour book!). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, and the host was accommodating and responsive.

Sam was just the VERY best. Very accomodating, very responsive. She has made sure my stay was everything and more. The property is BEAUTIFUL !!! Very clean, very well decorated. It gives a luxurious vibe and peaceful.

Great place to stay if you’re enjoying lake Monroe, visiting Bloomington, or going to campus. Quiet and right off the golf course. Will not hesitate to stay again if I’m back in the area!

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer. it is located next to a bar, but the apartment is on the opposite side, so I never heard the bar unless I had the windows open. The apartment is located a block from vine street and a block from the train. There are 2 parks that were very close. i was also able to find free parking on the street across from the building. The best part was opening the front and back window to catch a good comfortable breeze in the morning and evening. This one is definitely on the list when I return.

Shannon did a great job communicating, seamless arrival and very clear departure instructions. Everything was as pictured, very clean, organized, would definitely stay here again. Great host!
