Beach house holiday rentals in Southern France

The house is a 2 min walk to the beach which is very peaceful and not too crowded. The water is quiet, children can swim or paddleboard. The house was perfect for our large family, everything was very clean and modern.

We stayed with a child for 2 weeks in Marie's beautiful place and had a really nice time there. The furnishings are very thoughtful. You can see from the cottage that everything is still quite new. We particularly liked the complex itself, the pool, the bathroom and the opportunity to get directly to the beautiful natural beach. In the harbor there is also a great restaurant within walking distance. However, what you can hear very much despite the spaciousness of the complex is the nearby street. Since this is one of the main connections in the east of the island, a permanent noise and the like can be heard, especially from the bedroom.

If you are couple with without a dog looking at a rental close to a beach, without the need to get in the car all of the time, quiet apart from sound of the sea then this is for you. Smallish but very well equipped. Easy secure parking. I would highly recommend.

Excellent stay in Stéphanie's lovely very well-equipped house. This one was very responsive and pleasant when we asked her. The house close to the beaches is an asset, very pleasant out of summer season. Very satisfied, we will come back if possible.

A perfect place for a family on vacation. Very clean and well laid out, with a super available host. The proximity to the beach 1km away is a real plus and it is easily accessible by foot.

The stay at Steeve's place was perfect. Easy to check-in and Chek-out. The kitchen is very well equipped and the neighbourhood very pleasant.

Gorgeous home in a perfect location!

We had a great time at Clos de l 'Estran. The accommodation was perfect for a couple with a baby, the exteriors with private parking spaces and swimming pool are a real plus! The location close to the center of La Flotte is ideal. We recommend it and will be happy to come back. Anne and Antoine

Super nice place to stay. Located in a small private forest and right on the beach. Very quiet, beautiful garden with pool. House also top notch. Each en-suite bedroom. Overall, a clear recommendation.

Very pretty villa with beautiful sea views and the heights of Roquebrune-sur-Argens. Everything was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the little touches like coffee, tea, sugar and even the spices (salt, pepper, etc...) available. Everything is as described on the listing and the photos are consistent with the listing and garden. The villa is also at a strategic point to discover the region. Alena is very available and responsive. It is also very flexible on check-in and check-out times when possible. We had a pleasant stay with a beautiful view and the calm of the place.

We had a fantastic holiday here in Toby's house in October. The location is fantastic and we were at the beach every day. The shops and market in the village are also close and have everything you need. The house was great for our group, it is just like the photos and a cozy beachside house four our autumn holiday. The house was spotless, the beds really comfortable and the living areas great for relaxing after our time in the water. Thanks so much for hosting us, we'll be back for sure!

Philippe‘s house had everything you need for a peaceful and cozy vacation. The properties is beautiful and private. The house is well equipped with everything you need. We could have stayed a month. Philippe is very responsive although there wasn’t much that we needed. The amenities, the vibe, location, the energy of the house is just awesome! We will be back!

Above all, it should not be said that the place is magical..., especially not to say that this small house although in its juice is charming, especially not to say that the welcome is very nice and that everything is there to spend a dream stay, quiet, perfect for young children, and with a breathtaking landscape. Thank you so much for a great stay. The accommodation is very nice, warm in winter, close to the sea, many restaurants. And it's very quiet in the low season.

Bruno is a super host - always happy to help and have us some great tips for the local area. His place is right on the beach and if you’re up early enough you can see the sun rise too. It’s cool inside and nice to have some shade in the garden under the beautiful fig tree. There are restaurants within walking distance and the market at Bain Les Brée is a little further away but well worth the visit. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed it

Clean, quiet, ideal location. Simple space, properly arranged and functional. A stone's throw from the beach, bike rentals, and surf lessons. Welcoming, considerate and attentive host.

We had a great time at the Cabanon with our French bulldogs. We thank Alexandra for all the care available in the accommodation, including for our pets. We felt at the Cabanon like we were at home. The neighborhood is peaceful and very well located. I highly recommend if we come back to the area we will go to Alexandra's Cabanon again where calm and serenity reign. Very nice place! Our toddler loved the playground 30 meters away for 1 to 4 year olds. At the same distance is a bakery and the fine sandy beach is a small walk through the park. The house itself is nice in every way. We doubted the privacy of the garden in advance, but because of some beautiful trees you sit here privately and all the connecting windows belong to the apartment. At the kitchen you can see that a cooking lover's house is. We were kindly welcomed, definitely recommended!
