The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

L'Angolo di Casa Verrua is located in Piazza Gran Madre di Dio in the Borgo Po district, a short walk from the city center. The apartment, with great views, is located on the second floor (staircase with elevator) of a historic building and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The building is on the corner of the pedestrian island of Via Monferrato, full of shops, clubs and restaurants. Public parking is available for a fee in Piazza Gran Madre and nearby. The supermarket is a few meters from the house.
