Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Southern France

We were lucky enough to have Sina & Pavel’s piece of paradise in March over skying holidays for our family and a family of friends (4 adults and 6 children). Just after booking Sina was amazingly available and proactive in informing us. The Chalet is extremely well located in Villars best area (within walking distance of the center but cut off from its hassle by the forest area it is located in. The views are amazing and you can really enjoy it in the enormous garden. Inside… is amazing. As other reviews have repeated regularly: you feel at home from the first moment in a luxurious but cosy environment. The Chalet is very spacey and is very well organised. The living room, as a central hub, has an extraordinary view into the garden and, indeed, valley and French mountains opposite Villars. All was amazing. Sina even proposed us to stay a couple of days longer, which we couldn’t unfortunately. We’ll be back, that’s for sure, Sina & Pavel would have us. Thank you so much!

Spacious, beautiful, very modern accommodation, we had a very good week. The area is friendly for walks and skiing. Very warm, I recommend it

A beautiful, large family house with a large and fully furnished kitchen. Barely a living room (approx. 3×3 meters, next to the front door), so limited seating comfort. 7 bedrooms including 4 with a double bed (140 cm wide) and 3 with 2x single bed. Terrace next to the front door and a large terrace next to the house, both sunny. No garden (should you bring your dog, pay close attention). On the ground floor and in the attic a bathroom, toilets on all floors. The house is some distance away on a main road (gives some noise), near the center of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe; you can go buy walking bread or eat out in one of the restaurants. Beautiful surroundings with mountains (Mont Charvin and views of Mont Blanc on several walks), swimming lake in Flumet, variety of lifts that are open. 1.15 hours drive to Annecy train station, approx. 45 minutes drive to Albertville. WiFi available. No washing machine (laundry nearby), no TV. Very friendly, helpful hostess!

Very pleasant chalet, large and well-equipped. The ski slopes are easily accessible thanks to the shuttle that passes regularly at the entrance to the campsite. Shops are also within easy walking distance. The cottage allows you to enjoy a pleasant stay in Aussois. Emilie is very responsive. We'll be happy to go back!

This was a lovely chalet with the most incredible views. Lots of space and the bonus of toys for our 6/9 year old grand children. We found having a car great to drive them 7 minutes to ski school but there were ski buses. Shops within a 10 minute walk. For us the nursery slope with a drag lift 2 minutes walk at the end of the road for tobogganing/skiing was a massive bonus for late afternoon fun. What more can you say when your 9 year old grandson says it was the best holiday he had ever had a didn’t want to leave (neither did we).

Lovely place, great hot tub!!! 5 minute walk to the nearest lift and need to get a bus to a lift for the green runs - bus stop really close by!

Our stay at this chalet in Grindelwald was absolutely wonderful! The home is beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and perfectly organized, making for a truly comfortable and relaxing experience. The breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains made every moment special. Kenzie was an outstanding host—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. When we found ourselves without transportation from the station, she kindly picked us up and ensured we got to the chalet smoothly. Her hospitality made all the difference, and we truly appreciated it. We would love to come back and stay here again—highly recommend this gem in Grindelwald!

Very nice stay! Functional apartment, clean excrement. The location is perfect , at the foot of the slopes. The exchanges are very friendly with Alain! You can book without a second thought. Thanks again for hosting us!

Studio rather small but very well arranged and very well-equipped (internet box, speaker, tv, fondue , raclette,...) Parking is a big plus. Our hotel is proactive and the welcome guide is very well made. Host accommodating during check-in and check-out times. Home close to shops and the slopes.

Good skiing holiday in this accommodation, good access to slopes and to Les Arcs as well

Just had an amazing 3 night break at Suzy's place. Perfect location for quick and easy access to the slopes. The apartment had everything we needed and, despite being a large group of 9, there was plenty of space. Right next door to 2 excellent restaurants at Hotel L'Etable and Mountain Lodge (advise you book in advance).

Great stay! Beautiful and well arranged cottage! Lots of games for the kids, it was really convenient. The beds were very nice. Chalet next to the slopes is a plus. In addition, Gilles was super accommodating and very attentive! We'll be happy to go back!

This accommodation is in a fantastic place to access all amenities. The lift pass office is on the ground floor under the apartment. The Intersport shop for hire (20% discount for guests) is also on the ground floor at the foot of the stairs which access the piste. a short 30 metre walk to the ski lift past the inter sport shop. The Supermarket and a bakery are 30 metres in the other direction from the stairs. Lots of available free parking very close by. Not a huge area but still plenty to ski/board and never had to queue for a lift. All the lifts were modern and the pistes were kept in great condition. Great snow conditions up high all week (March). The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable away from home stay. Lots of storage areas for clothing and a great storage area just inside the door for coats and boots etc. The only downside is the Bar under the apartment which had loud music on a couple of nights but only heard in the rear bedroom. (Earplugs sorted that though)

We had a great time as a family in Anne Charlotte's apartment as every year. Bernard the caretaker is very helpful in case of any problems.

A really lovely little house, with everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation in the wonderful nature that surrounds it. We stayed in the cabin at the end of winter and there was still snow and cold. It also snowed a lot, adding to the magic, but the house has electric heaters everywhere and a beautiful ceramic woodstove that heats everything abundantly. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom and shower are perfect, with hot water. So even if it's a rustic cabin away from modernity, it's actually equipped with every amenity. Silvia is very kind and helpful, we found her house easily and then personally accompanied us to the cabin. The surroundings are delicious, between trails and ski lift with two ski slopes right in front, which allows you to leave the car. There is also a lovely restaurant in Obermutten that we recommend. Unforgettable, we already miss it, we will definitely be back. Hi Silvia, thank you for everything. A&C.

If you want even proof that a small haven of fullness manages to suspend time, then go ahead without worrying about nothing. No worries. The essentials were available. We didn't survive, we lived for one night, to the fullest. With my partner, we have nothing to complain about, on this nice cabin, with the smell of conifers. We were really able to breathe, disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the world and human hassle. The snow was also present, luckily it made the atmosphere even more breathtaking, and the decor, completely magical. If we need to do it again, then we'll do it again, if we have the chance. Unusual night in this cabin in the resort of Valfrejus, very beautiful place, comfortable accommodation and the amenities reserved for the 2 cabins are very clean. The spa is very cool, very nice after a day of skiing. The little extra: take the option to dine at the cottages, friendly time and meal by the fire, local and quality products. I recommend this place!!

Beautiful and cozy chalet on the ski slopes, a few meters from the chairlift and conveniently connected to all the ski resorts of the Vialattea, magnificent views of the Alps. The snowmobile transport has given the touch of exclusivity and is itself an experience in the mountains, all perfectly organized. We thank the hosts for making such a beautiful place available, we will be back next year!

A beautiful house, spacious, very clean, equipped with every comfort, we stayed in 5 for New Year's Eve. It is in an extremely quiet area but just a few minutes drive from the center of Aosta and the departure station of the Pila gondola. Considering the time, location, and features of the home, we found the price really affordable. Fanny is a very kind and helpful host. We will definitely come back and absolutely recommend it.

It's just a business to get there in winter, but once you get inside, you immediately forgot: the view, the luxury of the sleigh and ski slope right next to the door, the magical silence that falls over the mountain in the evening, the darkness, the first descent on a still empty ski slope, the coziness of the house, the nice kitchen.... Thank you Iris and Sami for your help with arrival! We'd love to come back sometime.
