Beautiful newly renovated cottage and large slope plot on the shores of the pristine Lake Storträsk. The yard is a quiet and scenic place to spend a holiday, where the neighbors are not within sight. From the terrace you can admire the lake landscape or forest life. The sauna is right next to the beach, you can go rowing or fishing by boat or paddle board. Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Go to the sauna, swim, jump in the pool or go on a canoe trip. Or just whistle in the hammock. You can swim from the pier or directly from the beach. The beach is quite steep, so it is not suitable for very small children. The hot tub heats up next to the sauna terrace. Bed linen and towels are ready in the cottage. You can get to the yard by car. This unique cabin is lodged in the Finnish forest with breathtaking views of pristine nature. From the comfort of your bed you can observe the Finnish wildlife including foxes, deers and abundance of birds. The cabin is located on a steep hill and in the bottom of the creek meanders a small river surrounded by dense vegetation. The cabin is designed by interior architect Heidi Taskinen and the interior draws inspiration from the surrounding nature and Scandinavian minimalism.

Villa Muurla is perfect place to host family / business gatherings. There are 5 +1 bedrooms, huge living room + dining area and big outdoor terrace. Villa has kitchen and gas grill on terrace. There are also 2 bathrooms + one sauna. There is air conditioning and Villa is newer hot and 2 fire places to keep it warm in winter times. There are 12 beds with linen supplied by the host. During cristmas times we welcome businesses to have their small Christmas party at Villa Muurla.

The cottage is located on a large 3.5-hectare lot in a secluded area surrounded by small ponds. You can enjoy the gentle heat of the wood sauna and then relax in the warm water of the hot tub. At sunset, you can see moose, deer, and other forest animals grazing in the nearby field from the terrace. You can also head to the nearby forests to pick mushrooms and berries and prepare dinner from them. Small pets are allowed!
