Unique and cozy cottage by the lake

Beautiful newly renovated cottage and large slope plot on the shores of the pristine Lake Storträsk. The yard is a quiet and scenic place to spend a holiday, where the neighbors are not within sight. From the terrace you can admire the lake landscape or forest life. The sauna is right next to the beach, you can go rowing or fishing by boat or paddle board. Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Stay in a beautiful valley surrounded by oat fields and horse pastures. Still, it's only about 20 minutes to the airport! Here, you can admire deer by the evening fire and wake up in the morning to the sound of birdsong or the clucking of chickens. Three sheep will also move next to the tent for the summer, and we also have chickens that will keep you company during your visit. If you want to stay in a quiet place on the shore of a pristine wilderness lake on the edge of a nature reserve... this place is for you. A compact beach cabin with space for 1-2 people, a cooking area on the terrace with a fridge, a counter and hotplates. Running cold water. Wood-fired sauna where you can take a sauna and wash (camping shower). There is a lean-to and a campfire area on the shore. A rowboat is at your disposal. Composting dry toilet. A wonderful villa in the Nuuksio National Park

The beautiful scenery of the national park opens up in every direction from the windows of the house. Outdoor trails start right from the front door! Relax in the gentle steam of a traditional Finnish sauna, and soak in a hot tub under the starry sky (new clean water for every guest - also in winter). Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

Fairy tales on the forest lake

A typical Finnish cottage (55.8 sq.m) was built in 1972 and completely renovated in 2014, preserving the authentic atmosphere. The nearest shop or gas station is 25 kilometers away. We live behind the forest 200 meters from the cottage all year round. The location of the cottage is unique in that, on the one hand, you feel complete freedom and privacy, on the other hand, we are always around and ready to help and communicate if you wish. Our plot and garden are always open to our guests.

Summer cottage by a lake at Mäntyharju

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.

Koskikara

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.

A peaceful summer villa in Jaala, in a peaceful forest landscape by the lake. A cozy retreat for the mind, comfortably accommodating 2-4 people. In the nearby terrain, there is a nature trail, three huts and delicious berry terrains with diverse waters. The nearby terrain offers a variety of routes for both jogging and trail running.

Villa Monto d'Oro is an old ranch in the quiet rural Tesjoki area of Loviisa, 1 hour drive from Helsinki. The midcentury farmhouse is very much in it's original glory with only the basic modern amenities added for comfort like hot water supply, AC and WIFI. Here it's possible to experience the Finnish sauna, watch the stars at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning and go hiking in the nature or take a bicycle ride to the town of Loviisa.

Countryside home near Nuuksio Forest

My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.

Yurt on a livestock farm

Come spend an unforgettable countryside vacation in a unique yurt in Porvoo! Located only about 6km from the center of Porvoo! With us, you can also explore the numerous animals of our smallholding up close. Along the forest path (1.5km), you can get to a lake with swimming (not suitable for small children). The lake does not have a common swimming beach so it is very peaceful.
