Built in 2019, the house with all amenities is located in a valued summer area, in the middle of a pine forest. 1 km away from Roosta holiday village, where there is a restaurant, adventure park, outdoor bar, parking lot, public sandy beach. The house has a spacious and bright kitchen-living room, 2 separate bedrooms, a sauna front room, a shower room, a steam room and a toilet. In addition, on the second floor there is a room with a balcony with a separate entrance. Use of the hot tub for an additional fee (with prior notice, price and conditions by agreement).

At Villa Mylly you will stay in a peaceful and stylish environment. Completed in 2024, the villa is located in the Paarlahti of Näsijärvi, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Tampere. A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.
