Island House in the Lake District

Traditional wooden house on a large island with 300m of private Saimaa lake shoreline and far reaching views, 700m from the harbour. Main building has 2 bedrooms, modern kitchen, 2 living rooms and a bathroom. Sauna and guest house with two bedrooms are in separate buildings. Rowing boat with small motor is included. Extras: Bedlinen & towels 20e pp. Bigger motor boat 50e daily + fuel. Box of wood per two nights of stay for the first week included, extras 20e. Kayak and sup board 20e per day.

Nature in the region is fascinating the whole year round with a rugged archipelago ecosystem and ancient bedrock, where juniper and curling pine grow.
