very nice house!! it was what i needed for me and my sisters. i really liked that Uriel had labels on the cabinets so i wouldn’t have to fish around the kitchen! it was clean, cozy & everything went well!! Uriel was very responsive and very friendly towards me! i will definitely be booking again!

Debra is a super host with an amazing property....which is why I am a repeat renter. She takes the time to anticipate your every need. I never had to ask for anything. The place is beautiful and decorating so well. She is so easy to get ahold of. I cannot say enough good things. It's the kind of place that you can't help but feel happy in. 10 of 10 will be back to visit her place again.

Beautiful home with very friendly hosts and lots of space to stretch out and relax

We are local and for several years have made this our temporary home during Memphis Italian Festival. It’s very comfy and the host go above and beyond. You won’t regret booking this place.

My partner and teenage son stayed her because of a basketball tournament. It was close to the gym, had tons of food options, and Quinn was wonderful. She was flexible with check out and even gave us a heads up about a tornado warning since we are from New England and don’t experience that almost ever. This is definitely a place to book if you are visiting the area.

Great experience with Pamela. Extremely easy process, check in, communication and responsive from Pamela. Highly suggest her. She was also willing to guide us to her friend that had other homes available to fit our recommendations that potentially did not fit with hers, which we ended up staying with Pamela. Our party of 11 guests enjoyed the varied spaces to visit, the cleanliness of the bedrooms/bathrooms, and the size of the kitchen. The Master bathroom is INCREDIBLE!!! The number of bathrooms was a definite feature. The outdoor boundaries are somewhat challenging, which led to some confusion for guests and visitors. The bonus garage pool table and room were worn down, but we still enjoyed playing a card game with the garage door open. The home offers a plethora of other activities. In the reading room, several young adult guests enjoyed reading the World Encyclopedia books. The enormous upstairs moving and game room was perfect for our younger kids to enjoy gaming, and older kids to play the provided large card UNO game. The main living room and kitchen were perfect for enjoying fun games, conversation, and many good times. The neighborhood is quiet, feels safe, and gorgeous!! Due to the reason for our stay, the host surprised us with local Krispy Kreme donuts. Wonderful hosts!!

This is an absolute beautiful hime home. So spacious and open. My son and I loved the massage chair! The neighborhood was so nice and we felt absolutely safe and secure. The kitchen is not stocked (no baking dishes or cooking utensils) as well as other AirBNB homes we've stayed in but had enough to get by. We would 100% stay here again!!

The loft was very homey and cute! Veronica was very helpful when needed. She also provided a lot of needed extras. Almost everything was within a 15 min walk! I definitely recommend for a nice get away trip.

I absolutely LOVED staying at the Boho Groove! The space is so cozy and I love tucking right into a neighborhood anytime I can. I was so grateful for the pet-friendly policy as I’m moving cross-country with 2 giant fluffy dogs and and 4 cats, so finding places that could accommodate us was challenging! The fenced front yard was perfect for the dogs and I loved sitting on the front porch watching Memphis go by. (Do keep an eye on your doggos, though, as it’s not fully fenced around the back side, but my girls didn’t really explore as they’re pretty lazy.) Very clean, everything well thought out, and the bed is so cozy. Highly recommend!

Morgan and team were fantastic in every aspect of the rental. Great communication. Ease of instruction. Helpful. Location is exactly as described. Central location. Safe. Clean. The place is good for couples, business travel, small family, event travel at Liberty Park or the Liberty Bowl. If you are in town to enjoy Memphis or on business, this location will give you rest/relaxation/down-time that you need.

Great location for us. Plenty of restaurants, coffee places, bagels, and Distillery within walking distance. Chelse was quick to respond to any questions and Drew provided timely reminders for the check-in / checkout. Greatly appreciate the quick video on locating the apartment and the lockbox! Plan to stay here again on our next trip to Memphis.

Responsive and friendly host. A unique, quirky place to stay that was safe even though its outer appearance may look different. The apartment has a boho, hippy vibe with unique and fun decor and furniture. Cathy, the host, was accommodating and let us bring our pup with no worries. Her and her husband were nice to talk to in person and over the Airbnb app. We would definitely come back to this place.

Spectacular! The condo was spotless and just as lovely as pictured. Close to Beale St, downtown, and many sights. Despite this, the area was quiet and no problems with noise at all. The building itself has interesting historical significance. Aubreyl provided detailed instructions, very easy to follow. She also provided a list of her dining recommendations, something for every possible option. After trying several, we agree with her opinion! I definitely recommend this space when staying in Memphis. Would return in a heartbeat.

A great place to stay in Memphis. Great place that is walkable to almost anywhere you wish to to go in downtown Memphis. But I felt short-changed because the check-in is not until 4 pm and you have to check out by 10 am, so it's an hour at each end -- not much in the scheme of things, but it's the proverbial slippery slope!

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

This is our second stay with Mallory and Tripp. We love their condo and location. Secure parking a plus. Walking distance to Bealle Street and museums. They have hot water with good shower pressure. The bed is comfy. Love the Bohemian theme. We look forward to our next Memphis getaway with them. Thank you for your lovely accommodations.

We were in Memphis for a graduation taking place at the Cannon Center for the Performing Arts downtown. The location of the apartment was perfect for getting to and from the graduation and dinners and other activities related to that. Having gated parking made us feel secure. The check in and check out process was easy and seamless, and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. I would stay there again
