The spacious den/family room has new couches, chairs & a new 75 inch Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, 6 seat dining table & 3 island barstools . Outside has a large patio & reserved parking for 2 cars.

Walk to Square (7/10 mi.) for food, music, books, shops; visit Faulkner's home (3 doors down); take wooded path to Ole Miss . . . all from your private barn-turned-cabin with porch. Queen and single in loft, sofa long enough to sleep on downstairs. Loft has enough space for a blow-up bed as well. Small kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Glasses, dishes, minimal silverware and cooking supplies are provided. Football weekend rental/ Walking distance to Grove

Keep it simple at this centrally-located place. This quiet neighborhood is located 1/3 mile from the Grove and about a mile from downtown Oxford. The unit itself is self-contained and can host 4 adults. This one bedroom has a full kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. It also has a nice private deck off of the bedroom for a peaceful setting. It shares the same front porch as the main house and has two parking spots. No Smoking and no pets.
