Holiday rentals with an EV charger in South Tampa

The apartment is in a great location in easy walking distance to everything around the channel district, lots of restaurants and a Publix grocery store. It was clean, in a nice building, easy to access and the host was kind and communicated with us well. I'd stay here again for sure.

I had a little trouble getting in initially. There were extensive directions and links to videos to and instructions. The video were the most helpful part in locating access to theme apartment. It took about 30 mins to gain access after wandering around. After gaining access everything was fantastic. Cute, clean studio with great amenities in a wonderful location. I would absolutely stay at Toni’s place again!

Dani’s place was great for my short trip to Tampa to visit some friends! She reached out to make sure I made it in okay and if I needed anything else. I do wish the patio had seating but other than everything was perfect. I will definitely book this place again.

The apartment complex was gorgeous and the space we rented was beautiful with great amenities. It was conveniently located near the mall and the airport making it accessible to anything we needed during our stay.

Nathaniel’s place was as described. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, great water pressure, location was great, 15-20 minutes to most places. Communication was great, will definitely stay there again, next time I am in Tampa.

I stayed a few nights during the week, so this spot was really affordable and convenient. It is impeccably CLEAN, and the open concept kitchen/living area is really nice and well-stocked. The decorations and linens really make the place stand out like a magazine cover. It’s obvious that they take pride in their property and want their guests to feel at home. I met the cleaning lady on the way out, and she was super friendly and asked how my stay was. I can tell everyone here is super helpful and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Parking was super easy, too. And there’s an IHOP within walking distance the street for those late night pancake runs! Many thanks! I highly recommend.

It was a little confusing to find the apartment at first as we had entered into the wrong doorway from the parking garage. The apartment was very tidy. I would recommend updating the blankets and pillows as they were quite worn down. I would also recommend a small table on either side of the couch so that you may set a beverage on it. The pool was absolutely stunning. Everyone around us was very pleasant.

I would like to start off by complimenting Erin for the way she keeps this unit, It was as described and very well kept. It took us longer to get from the airport baggage claim to the rental car terminal than for us to drive to our unit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be contacting Erin for future rentals.

The place is perfect for a short or long stay. The house has all the amenities you will need. The pool was amazing. Everything was clean and spotless. Short ride to the beach and a short ride to downtown. I hope we can go back again!

Loved Justin's place. Very spacious. Definitely accommodating for a family of 10. Will definitely recommend and stay again if in the Tampa area. Close enough to cruise port and airport. Best part of the morning was the multiple versions of coffee pots !

Great location, close to the SoHo area of Tampa, everything you need, coffee shops, places to eat and grocery store within walking distance. Townhouse is large, spacious and clean, family of five stayed here.

This place is phenomenal. Three couples stayed here for the weekend & it was beyond perfect. We didn’t leave once on Saturday! The pool is so nice & the outdoor grilling area is insane! The inside was so clean & spacious & I have never stayed at a place with such a well stocked kitchen. I would 100% stay here again, we were all so sad to leave! Definitely would have paid double what we did to stay here!

I had a great stay at Sourabh's place! The house was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Sourabh is a fantastic host—very responsive and a great communicator, which made everything even easier. I’ll definitely rent again when I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Host met us to greet and give a quick tour of the entire property. Never have we experienced such a warm welcome. The home is older, but the owners did an amazing job preserving the beauty of the old while introducing the luxuries of the new to this property. Very comfortable, our family and guest enjoyed the stay very much.

This was an amazing little get away, and even though the property is shared space, we hardly saw others and it felt very private.Kristin was a very attentive host and helped us with our needs during the stay. Absolutely beautiful views of the river and a very comfortable unit, recommended!

Paras's apartment is beautiful, clean and perfect for someone looking for a minimalist style. The location is great and the amenities are really nice. The only thing that would have made my stay better is a coffee pot but I still really enjoyed my stay.

We had a great time. Sandy was very helpful by letting us check in late and helping us get through the community gate and settle in. She was also available during our stay for questions as needed. Unit fit what we needed for our stay and worked out great. As an extra bonus we found the bed very comfortable so that added to the rest and relaxation. Neighbors were great and also made the stay very enjoyable. We will be back and looking forward to working with Sandy in the future.

Awesome space, perfect beds, perfect location because we wanted to be with family during a difficult time. The decor and amenities were unbelievable. The families in the neighborhood were awesome to watch enjoy their homes.

Matt was very friendly over the phone when we arrived. The location is amazing and very easy to navigate once you get established with the parking garage!

This place was very clean, and up to date inside. Hot tub was such a plus. Everything matched the photos! Very good price!!

Our stay at Elanit’s place was wonderful. It was decorated very nicely and looked just like the pictures. Everything was there that we needed. She and David suggested great restaurants. The community is really nice! We loved the beautiful pool and the view of Tampa Bay. The dock is a great place to sit and we saw several porpoises. When you visit be sure to try out Taco Tuesday at the Yacht Club. I loved their deck with a view of the canal. Our visit could not have been better!
