House holiday rentals in South Tampa

We chose this house because it was close to our family and event, but the location is close to the interstate and easy to find. The backyard was set up well for the group we had and the pool was perfect! The bedrooms were large and the entire home was clean. Having a second refrigerator in the screened in porch was also a nice surprise! We did have a little bit of trouble with the front door lock, but that was just user error! When I texted Heather regarding the lock, I got a quick response. We would definitely rent here again.

My husband and I could've have stayed in a better place for our trip to Tampa!!! It is right down the street from the stadium and was an easy walk to our concert. The rest of the week we enjoyed the beautiful clean pool, relaxing backyard, and grilled quite often. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more. Accurate pictures and description. My husband is already wanting to go back this fall. Great place!!! Thank you!!!

The home was absolutely perfect for our stay. We went to Tampa for a Busch Gardens family vacation and the pool was the cherry on top for the kids. The communication was amazing as well. When we are in Tampa again, we will most definitely see if this rental is available again!

Staying with Jose & Sara was an amazing experience! (Again!) We have stayed at their home previously, and we really enjoyed ourselves. When looking for a home to rent for vacation this time, we were excited to see Jose & Sara’s house! We jumped at the opportunity to rent this perfectly sized home again. Jose & Sara do such a great job of making you feel at home. There were towels folded on the beds and so many extra beach towels for the pool! There was even a little snack tray for us when we arrived. The directions to enter the home were easy to follow. We had one super tiny issue with the coffee pot, & Jose handled it quickly & efficiently. The pool is such a highlight of a perfect home! Perfect size to float around & enjoy the sun. The hot tub felt amazing after a 17 hour drive. You literally feel like you entered paradise, right outside the back door. There is a nice shady area with a fan as well. Great house - loved the pool!

This is the second time we've been able to book this home and if it's available I will book it again when we return. There is a park and walking trails across the street. The trails go along the Hillsborough River where you can see all the fun Florida birds. The accommodations are fantastic. It is clear the hosts care about details, including fluffy towels and sample shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom. I also appreciate the water pressure and quickness of the hot water tank to heat the water in the shower. This kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. There are beach towels to use for the pool, as well comfortable deck chairs and floats. The hosts were very responsive, and asked if they could come over to clean the pool after an unusually heavy rain. Our family would love to stay there again when we visit Tampa.

Tom's place was perfect for our family. We especially loved the salt water pool and the pool table. Tom was very good at communicating everything clearly. He also has very friendly and helpful neighbors.

5-Star stay with location, accomidations, and ease of check in/check out being perfect. Would strongly suggest you consider this next time you have a stay in Tampa area!

Amazing place love the decor and setup really felt like home away from home

Our stay was perfect for what my husband I needed…close my sons home…comfy furniture…well equipped kitchen…comfy beds and lots of pillows(a little low for older folks)…my only suggestion would better towels…they were a bit rough!!! Also the screened in porch would a nice addition with a little upgrading!!! Over great week!!!

LOVED this place! I honestly kind of felt bad for everything else Tampa has to offer because the kids just wanted to stay at the house to swim, golf and play Corn hole. It’s a great house, we felt right at home. If we’re ever back in this area we will definitely be staying here again!

I had got cancelled on last minuet by another host and was able to book although it was an error that it was listed anand accommodated me and I am forever greatful. The communication was stellar location was great and the place was clean and comfy.

Jordan's place was amazing and spacious, with all we needed for our family of 4. The 4 bedrooms were nicely located in the house and we had all our space we needed! It is not easy to find a beautiful and spacious airbnb property in Tampa with 2 bathrooms at the price we could afford so this place was absolutely a steal! We loved the attentiveness and warmth of the host and will definitely recommend this place if you want to explore Tampa and its surrounding.

Great location. Wonderful neighborhood for dog walking. Home was nicely renovated and had the best master bath. Very comfortable beds. A few restaurants within walking distance. We decided to extend our stay, but had to move to another Airbnb because this home was already booked. Unfortunately, we accidentally left something there when we moved. Giovanni kindly helped us locate and retrieve the item. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Our stay was great! The home is beautiful and so welcoming. We loved hanging around the multiple seating locations outside! The location is also amazing. We did not get our check in code until after check in time, but our host was very responsive and provided this after messaging. We stayed here for a quick weekend trip but would definitely stay again in the future!

This place is phenomenal. Three couples stayed here for the weekend & it was beyond perfect. We didn’t leave once on Saturday! The pool is so nice & the outdoor grilling area is insane! The inside was so clean & spacious & I have never stayed at a place with such a well stocked kitchen. I would 100% stay here again, we were all so sad to leave! Definitely would have paid double what we did to stay here!

This was an excellent stay for me and my family. The house has been completely remodeled on the inside, it’s extremely nice. There’s a pool and you can fish off the back of the property into the lake, so if you love fishing, it’s a great spot for you. The hosts were incredible and communicated very well at all times. I have nothing bad to say about our experience with this host or their home. Two thumbs up

We felt right at home and very comfortable at our stay. Rachel provided snacks, which were perfect for the kids. The pool was nice and clean, The bed was comfortable. The kids loved playing upstairs in the play area. Would stay again!

I throughly enjoyed my stay. The place is very clean and has everything that is needed to make you feel at home. The beds were comfortable and I slept good in the quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you could possibly need to cook small or large meals, and the appliances are in pristine condition. There’s even a blender and a Keurig machine stocked with coffee and tea. I’ve never stayed in an Airbnb that is so accommodating. Everything that’s in the description is accurate. The outdoor space is nice as well. There’s plenty of seating and the grill is clean and ready to go. There is a mall in walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. The property is in a good area and centrally located which makes it easy to find things to do in Tampa. Clearwater beach, St. Pete beach, Busch Gardens, Zoo Tampa, the aquarium, and John’s Pass are all less than an hour drive away. I would definitely stay at Michael’s place again.
