Waterfront holiday rentals in South Tampa

Had a wonderful 2 weeks here. Jessica was very helpful and obliging. Will definitely be coming back. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Everything was here that we needed.

All was very nice, the studio is well lit and pleasant to stay in. The location is close to downtown. A good spot for a couple.

The condo was clean and location is convenient to the airport and other Tampa attractions.

Loved this place 10/10 would def go back

5 stars – A Wonderful Stay! I had such a great experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super cozy, and I appreciated all the little touches that made it feel like home, from the well-stocked kitchen to the thoughtful local recommendations. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy from start to finish. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything I needed. Though i didn't need much, Adela was perfect. She made check in very easy with no issues. The view from balcony was beautiful and relaxing. I will stay here again in a heart beat. The pool has a nice atmosphere and great view too. All in all, my stay was fantastic!

Great place, very clean, spacious. Didn’t need the host for anything because everything went so smooth and even though I didn’t anything Sebastian had precise instructions on how to find the location, how to get get in side and what to do after check out. I would recommend and I will book again when I’m back for another vacation.

Amazing place, amazing host. I could tell they put a lot of attention to detail in making sure the place is nice for its guest. They even provided slippers for the guest, nice touch. Was super clean inside and out. Communication was great as well, always responding within 5-10 minutes. I would 100% recommend this place, it felt more like a private resort than a strangers house. Thanks again for the accommodating all my needs and request. 5 star all the way!

Great host, great space and really great experience! I had unexpected company come into town and Mathews place was right around the corner from my house so it worked out perfectly. It’s a really cute house with a great flow and floor plan. It has really nice outdoor space and a story book pathway to the back dock and canal. I’ll definitely book the property again and highly recommend it to anyone reading this!

The location is a few minutes walk to Armature Works and a short driving distance to Hyde Park, Downtown and International Plaza Mall. The unit was spotless and there is ample kitchen and dining space. The pool was great. The neighborhood is very safe and clean. I was under the impression that there was a BBQ grill; so adding that feature would be a bonus in the outside courtyard space. The entire unit was very clean and the bedrooms were very spacious. Appliances were high quality.

Our stay was great! The home is beautiful and so welcoming. We loved hanging around the multiple seating locations outside! The location is also amazing. We did not get our check in code until after check in time, but our host was very responsive and provided this after messaging. We stayed here for a quick weekend trip but would definitely stay again in the future!

This house was perfect in every way!!!! I have two handicapped parents and was able to bring them thanks to the elevator. The pool was great for the kids but the game room was the real winner here. There was something for everyone in this house. It was spacious so we didn’t feel as if we were on top of each other. Would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this house for a family getaway.

the house is really nice. we really enjoyed the screened porch and pool table even though it was unlevel and there was only one usable cue stick. it was kinda like a mix of putt putt and pool haha :) it was also nice that there were doggy doors.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Stacy’s beautiful South Tampa home. The pictures don’t do the kitchen justice, it’s absolutely gorgeous. We loved everything about the house, however the pool area and outdoor furniture needs some TLC/updating. Especially for the cost of the home per night. Everything else was immaculate and Stacy is a wonderful host!

This was an excellent stay for me and my family. The house has been completely remodeled on the inside, it’s extremely nice. There’s a pool and you can fish off the back of the property into the lake, so if you love fishing, it’s a great spot for you. The hosts were incredible and communicated very well at all times. I have nothing bad to say about our experience with this host or their home. Two thumbs up

This house is gorgeous! All three bedrooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable. The living room, dining nook, screened patio, and waterside outdoor hangout are all perfect for family and friends to gather. The kitchen is well-appointed and clean. The master shower is especially luxurious. Our favorite parts of the stay were playing Jenga (a great touch!) and having coffee out on the patio while watching fish jump, squirrels scamper about, and osprey hunt for breakfast. The house is also conveniently located near a *ton* of stores and restaurants (great tacos, a Cuban food truck, and much more!) Chad was responsive and kind, to boot! Definitely recommend for a quiet retreat when you're visiting the Tampa area.

This condo did not disappoint and looked exactly as pictured. It was clean and smelled clean. I can not recommend this location more, great for a single or couples!! William was also very attentive and responded quick if I ever reached out.

Such an awesome place to stay with amazing views. Clean and had extra essentials which makes it nice. Loved the fan and TV above the bed and the large shower. I traveled alone and felt completely safe. I would definitely stay again.

The place was cute and comfy. Melissa was very responsive and helped out in everyway. We would recommend this stay to anyone we know. Food at the bar and grill by the pool was good also for breakfast and dinner.

We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having the Big Bamboo bar / restaurant on the premises made it so convenient. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure good. We also appreciated the coffee bar.

Sylvia was a great host and very responsive. The location was great and close to family. The view from the condo was spectacular with beautiful sunsets. Great for bird watching. Nice quiet area. Would recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful home, very cute and amazing view as soon as you open the door. Everything is clean and adorable. Everything you need, and there is a bar, pool, sand area with chairs and tiki shades, swings, easy to get into and out of, parking was a breeze. Close to the interstate and local foods and beaches. Saw dolphins from the balcony both mornings!! Beautiful place, I’ll definitely stay again. Also, kid friendly! They have a pack and play, a fan, air Matress, heater, literally everything you need.

Excellent host! Orit was responsive, clear, and accommodating. Being so close to the Airport was very convenient and the drive to Clearwater Beach was scenic and peaceful. The unit was confortable and the balcony view was worth it. The pool is much smaller in real life, when it's overcrowded. We visited during late Spring-break though, so, it might be more relaxing when schools are in session. The beach rocks are very slippery and covered in sharp shells. If you decide to be brave it and climb down to swim, bring your own first aid kit.
