Holiday rentals with beach access in South Tampa

What an adorable beautiful condo! The interior was fun and eclectic, furnishings were tastefully arranged and comfy. Our kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for our weekend. The exterior community was beautiful with an amazing pool and clubhouse. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to all of our family and friends 😊

We had a great stay! Close to the sports events we had booked. We had one issue, but Joseph was quick to respond & resolve. We'd love to come back if we're in town again.

Christine is a great host. she’s very quick to respond and answer any questions. Her instructions are clear and easy to follow. The beds are very comfortable, even the pullout couch!

Great place, wasn’t far from anything and the hot tub was nice

We have stayed at Kevin’s place a few times now and it’s always a pleasurable experience. Everything you need to have a great stay is provided and Kevin is always super responsive and polite when there are any questions or issues he is sure to respond. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay, a place to eat in because it comes equipped with a full kitchen. Location is also super convenient because it’s a hop onto the 19 or onto 66th street so you can go anywhere from there.

Loved our stay. The unit was perfect for 4 people with lots of community space, loved how close to adorable downtown Gulfport restaurants, shops, beach. Perfect.

As I.had to make.a very last minutenl reservation, I was so grateful that Juan responded so quickly and I was able to rent his very peaceful, clean, quiet, cozy pad in a very nice neighborhood. The little, closed-in patio outside the studio was so nice to sit at last night and unwind and equally as peaceful to sit at and gently wake up at this morning before I got ready and left. A great place!!!

Fantastic location in Ybor City. Bars, restuarants, coffee shops, ect all in walking distance of the condo. There is also a free trolly that we used several times to ride into down town Tampa for a sporting event. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Jimmy was great with communication. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our Florida getaway in Apollo Beach. Matt was a fantastic host: super responsive and attentive to our needs. The neighborhood is quiet but enough to do with walking distance to a couple of wonderful waterfront restaurants, a pizza and coffee shop. Enjoyed sitting on the dock and taking walks to the beach. The house was roomy with plenty of amenities including the pool. The game room in the basement was fantastic. A few mishaps were quickly addressed by Matt. Would come back!

What a wonderful place! This is one of the best vacation rental homes I have stayed in. The house was clean, cozy and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. There were an abundance of bath and pool towels as well as enough toilet paper, soap, trash can liners and paper towels to last our entire visit. We appreciated that the house was stocked with dishwasher and laundry soap so that we didn't have to buy any for the few times we used these appliances. The house is in a quiet, conveniently located neighborhood. We will return!

Such a cute little place. Perfect stay for my wife and me, our two kids (3.5 and 1.5), and my mom. Easy, easy walk down to the beach. The kids loved it. Cute little outdoor space. Kids enjoyed the hammock out front. Quiet and peaceful little street, with live music and eateries just a block over. Great stay and would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area. Grant was super proactive in reaching out to us before we arrived and making sure we settled in easily.

It is a great location within walking distance of Gulfport attractions. The cottage (or house of a thousand doors as we started calling it) is very nice and well-furnished, with lovely sitting areas inside and out. Safe off-street parking is provided. Nicely equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, and a library! Highly recommend. It does have a lot of doors, lol.

Our family had a great time. Most of the trip was spent relaxing at the house, using the lovely heated pool, grilling meals, and watching movies in the comfortable living space. It was easy to get to the beaches, bike rentals, restaurants and anything you needed. The house is clean and spacious.

Great communication and wonderful location. Accommodations as advertised. Several manatees playing in the water right behind the unit, enjoyed that from our patio. Great bar and restaurant walking distance. Would definitely return.

Hosts were very friendly and responsive! Amenities were in great shape and place was well maintained.

Stayed here for a few days on a bday weekend. My partner and doggies felt right at home. My favorite thing about this home was the location, beaches like Fort de Soto Dog Beach and Sunset Beach were 20 min drives, honestly it felt quicker. It’s near a historic neighborhood called Kenwood which was full of great local eats and very walkable. The neighborhood was quiet and we walked to a waterfront park across the street in the morning. If you are looking for simple, clean, and close to it all, this is the spot.

Chris was a great host! The condo was immaculate, fresh, very clean. Needed home essentials were available. Spectacular view!!! Quiet and peaceful resort. Bed was comfortable. Only recommendation would be a darker shade in the bedroom as hall light still peeked in overnight. Will definitely look Chris' place up next time we're in the area!

Lisa was a great host. clear instructions, easy to follow. Unit was exactly as described, few yards from the beach, perfect location and super clean. Just great all around rental. Would recommend for sure. Thank you, Lisa.

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Great facility, in a great location with a wonderful staff. Cody was great to work with and very responsive. We will be back next year!

I stayed at Lana's place with my husband and 6-year-old daughter for a short beach getaway, to escape the Midwest winter. I really appreciated that the condo had everything we needed to go to the beach (chairs, sand toys, a wagon to transport everything). That made our stay much easier! Lana was also very friendly and responded quickly. We had a great time!

This is a very clean, comfortable and updated 1br/1bath apt on the second floor of an older 2 story motel-like building on the main road going through St Pete Beach. Beach access is literally across the main road. The king bed was super comfy. When I needed help fixing something in the kitchen (by my own mistake), the owner was very responsive and took care of it graciously. There are plenty of towels and blankets to use. Beach chairs/noodles/shovels are also in the storage room in a locker for use.

The perfect amount of room for our stay. Pool area was outstanding. Walkable to tons of restaurants. Sunsets were awesome. Bed was very comfy too!
