Holiday rentals with a hot tub in South San Francisco

This house was amazing and super clean. The view was incredible. We very much enjoyed our family event of 3 days. I would highly recommend this place.

Had a lovely stay at Annette and Fred’s place - the location was great, the house was fully stocked and the hosts were extremely responsive when we had questions. Having a hot tub and gas fireplaces were an added bonus for spending the evenings admiring the views.

We loved this home. The area was great and near everything and the street was nice and quiet for the area. The home was immaculate, the care to maintain this home is obvious! Next time we are in San Francisco, this will be our first choice for lodging.

my friend and I stayed at Peter‘s place over Easter weekend, and we just loved everything about it. The home layout was fantastic with one wing having all of the social spaces, dining kitchen lounging rooms with huge windows that looked across both lagoons. Beautiful sunset and watching the sea birds. The other wing had a sleeping quarters in the bathrooms. Everything was pristine and there was plenty of space. One room is a bunk room, which was super fun and the beds were really comfortable. The house is well located and even more beautiful than the pictures Peter was super responsive and proactive we would stay again in a heartbeat. There are such beautiful, calm, peaceful energy, a great place to unwind.

7 adults and 4 kids had plenty of space to hang out, play games and enjoy the beach! Perfect location to get to/from SFSU graduation at Oracle Park! Thank you Daniel for your quick responses and best of luck to getting the remaining remodel finished! It’s a BEAUTIFUL setting with STUNNING views!

Nice, clean place to stay. It was perfect for my two friends and I. Really enjoyed the whirlpool tub. The beds were comfortable.

Our family of 5 stayed at Sandra’s place for 3 nights and loved every single second! Incredible to wake up to those gorgeous views every morning! Loved to fire pit and the hot tub- plus the low maintenance yard. Place was so well equipped- we enjoyed the coffee tea and spices for cooking. Loved the grill. Everything was just perfect from the location/ setting to the comfortable beds! Would stay again and again and again!

Nelson was super responsive and helpful, the space is beautiful, all the amenities were great, and my friends and I had the best time for my birthday weekend!

Just wanted to clarify a comment I saw about being fined or overcharged. From my experience, the host was very clear and fair. We originally booked for 7 people but let her know ahead of time that we’d need space for 10. We paid the extra cost upfront and didn’t get hit with any surprise fees—follow the rules and she’ll be a great host. That said, not all 11 beds are full beds. We used the space for a company retreat where everyone expected their own full bed, so a few folks ended up booking hotels or crashing on sofas. But again, the host communicated all of that clearly in advance.

Our two families had such a nice time out by the pool, grilling and fishing off the dock. Thank you Sherry!

Once you open the door, you are transplanted into a space where a breath is taken and a breath is held. If you are seeking a calmness, this home is the one. Pride of ownership is evident in the furnishings, personal touches and in the whole home itself. Didn’t want our stay to end.

My friends and I stayed at Seaon’s home for about a week and we felt right at home. It was a cozy spot with a beautiful outdoor porch and garden to hang out in. There was enough beds for four adults and a baby. Seaon was very easy to communicate with and also responsive when we discussed anything regarding the house. The neighborhood was fairly quiet during our stay which is always nice. We drove to Oakland, San Francisco, and parts of wine country from the house and found it to be in a good central location. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for somewhere to stay with your group.

We booked this place for a family staycation to spend a long weekend doing nothing but relaxing. This place exactly fit the bill. The hot tub was amazing, the pool was lovely and clean. Our little daughter thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The place was clean and well appointed with amenities. Best of all, when we realized we might end up arriving earlier then check in time, Alex promptly set us up to arrive a while hour and a half before time!

The best in San Rafael, plenty of parking and a kayak . Gina is wonderful our guests arrived early so I was asking Gina for early check in Gina response yes right a way Thank you very much. Exceptional hilltop home! Highly recommend. Full wall of windows offers stunning views, and living room and kitchen are flooded with natural light. Immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed throughout. Entire home has a designer touch. Well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, furniture and beds very comfortable. We enjoyed exploring the fragrant, well-maintained spring garden, with numerous blooming daffodils and hyacinths. Walking paths throughout. Geraldine was responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations for local hikes and restaurants that proved spot-on. Geraldine has clearly put careful thought into creating a comfortable, peaceful retreat. Perfect for anyone seeking a quiet getaway in a beautiful setting

MaryBeth and her LOVE temple are an absolute gem. Words can't describe the levels of peace, bliss, and relaxation available to you here. Would recommend to anyone looking for an oasis just an hour from the city and five minutes into town. If you have an mobility issues, just know that there are stairs to climb to reach the temple. If you're able, then climbing up to the perch is part of the fun!

The House was better than the photos-it's very well done. We loved the feather- grass landscaping, the low/no chlorine spa was excellent, and the location was perfect. Charles is a lovely, responsive host. He was upfront and honest about the glamping situation and there were no surprises. The wild garden, outdoor shower, and private hot tub were what we enjoyed most. We'll definitely be back!

The cabins were just what I was looking for to have a quiet low tech weekend. It was a perfectly peaceful little getaway tucked back on the property by the creek. The beach was so close, you could fall asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing and a super short walk to make sure you can catch sunrise/sunset. Charles was very welcoming, communicative, & extremely hospitable as he kindly extended some extra amenities to accommodate my last minute reservation. I’ll surely be back!

Lovely place to stay. Kitchen and bathroom were modern and lovely. We Cooked every meal at the house and it was a breeze. The heated bathroom floor was a lovely bit of luxury. There is a house close by, i didn't quite realize how close, honestly it wasn't a problem at all. Heard a saxophone being played at 6am briefly..once. If you an overly private person, perhaps the other house is a bit close, but, honestly it's also fine. Overall, wonderful place to stay, we felt extremely relaxed.

really nice home and details, friendly host and beautiful garden. pretty quiet, some normal neighborhood noise but overall good, comfortable stay. nice bed and kitchen had basics. we felt the peloton bike in the middle of the space threw off the zen vibe- an additional shelf or tiny table to set our belongings would've been preferred. we also would've liked for the outdoor space to be completely private but it wasn't an issue. I would recommend to a friend and would stay there again! thank you nikole :-)

The Aerie is definitely a hidden gem, we had such a relaxing time. I didn’t even realize a spot like this was available and affordable in Oakland. It was definitely worth hiking up those 108 stairs. Im definitely coming back!

Had the most wonderful weekend at this magical and peaceful cabin! My friend and I loved enjoying the hot tub, pool, and sauna surrounded by nature. Clean, quiet getaway close to hiking and nearby towns. Will definitely be coming back!
