A great Lido property with all that you need and stunning views of the lagoon over to Venice. All that we expected and suited our purpose perfectly

Our first visit to Venice and also last stop of a 10-days Italy trip, and I’m glad I chose to stay in Lido instead of busy central Venice. Lido island is quiet with lovely beaches, and walkable or you can catch the bus easily. Venice is 35 minutes away on a water bus and 1hr to Burano. The villa is impeccable - right on the waterfront with beautiful views of Venice at a distance and other surrounding islands. A perfect spot to enjoy the sunset on a clear day with a glass of Prosecco (offered by the host). Cleanliness, interior decorations, the sauna, washer and dryer…. All 5 💫 ⭐️ We are grateful for Fabio and Barbara’s warm and welcoming hospitality. We’d definitely come back.

We had a great stay. The decor is very loving with a great mix of old and new. The huge, fully sewn-in garden was wonderful for dog and keeper. Very clean and great amenities also as far as the kitchen or bathrooms are concerned. We will be happy to come back.

The place was wonder itself with 200 % satisfaction. Olga was very kind and responded quickly. All he rooms, kitchen, furniture, equipment was clean and with high standard. Thanks, Olga!!

Great place to stay, superb location...just loved it!

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

What a beautiful home! My family (10 people in all) were extremely comfortable and were blown away by the beauty of the home and grounds. You must provide your own transportation, because there is no public transit nearby, but it's worth it for the privacy. We drove to Venezia Mestre each day and took the train into Venice. Lots of fun.

Absolutely ideal location - while being private and having a pool! Excellent access to Padova, Vicenza, Veneta and more. We used as a base to tour Palladian Villas and could not have chosen a better spot. The host is wonderful and a very interesting and person too!

Simply lovely hosts and an absolutely beautiful home - decorated with great taste - it was also extremely practical with numerous bathrooms - everyone had their own space and privacy while still being "together". the outside area was perfect... I could not have asked for a better home and we had a magical stay.

pros: place is large and accommodates large groups very well. very convenient to local shops and stores. Quick drive to historic Venice. very quiet and safe area. con: key situation takes some getting used to, can't unlock gate without shutting power off to entire place. having to remove electrical keys means no ability to charge electronics while not there. and one group of people can't leave with key, and keep power on at home.
