Beachfront holiday rental in Sottomarina

Sofia is a very accommodating hostess and welcomed us very nicely. We felt very welcome with small extras, such as breakfast pastries or a (packed) toothbrush in the bathroom or a well-equipped kitchen. In hot weather there was a fan and rainy weather we could borrow umbrellas - these are the little things that make you feel welcome. We will be happy to come back.

Excellent host, Elisa was very helpful and kind in managing our stay! Your suggestions and tips are valuable. The house is very convenient both with respect to the beaches and with respect to Chioggia, easily reachable even on foot.

It was all wonderful. From holiday preparation to check out, Barbara was a very great host. The location of the cottage was great and it was very cozy. We'll be back.

Excellent location. Not far from the vaporetto station, beach, supermarket, central street. Attentive hosts, always answered our questions. When we come to Lido next time, we will definitely stay in these apartments.

Our apartment was perfect for our family of five. The host was great to communicate with and provided everything we needed to have a nice stay. They were friendly and even had some local recommendations or ideas on how to travel to where we wanted to go. The property is beautiful and walkable to all major sites and wonderful restaurants. We would love to stay at this place again in the future.

Very clean, well appointed place to stay. The fact that there is a washing machine and air conditioning makes the stay even better. Absolutely family friendly as the very well-kept pool and the sea are within walking distance. By the sea there is a bar where you can get everything for a good price from coffee to ice cream to noodle dish. Oh, the sanitary facilities are very well maintained here. You can choose whether to rent a lounger or settle on the public beach. The sea is great for small children as it is flat for a very long time. If you travel by public transport, you need a bit of patience, there is a connection to Chioggia/Venice, it just takes a bit to arrive. If you need a break from the sun, the bar next to the Isola Verde bus stop has a foosball table. There was one or the other match with a local bar visitor. Communication with Leila and Hassoni was also very pleasant. We had a great holiday!

Had a great stay, location perfect, right on the beach. Airstream caravan was excellent, had all facilities required for a short stay.

The apartment was not the one in the photo, they moved us to a 2 bedroom apartment instead of an improvement solution. The apartment was very nice and we found everything we needed for our stay.

I was able to rest, and in a minute you're on the beach. They accept the dog, which is very important. On Thursday morning, you can visit the Chioggia market for about ten kilometers away.

The location is ideal: quiet but convenient for reaching the main points of interest. The host's support is also excellent, always available and kind, with valuable advice on the area. Nice and well-equipped bungalow in 1st row to the beach. Idyllic and private compared to the rest of the campsite. You can take a scooter from home or rent a bike on-site, which can be used to get around. Nice swimming pools, good supermarket, cozy campsite (animals not allowed). Please note that bungalows are close to the beach and thus close to the Sunshine Bar, where there are usually evening live events with loud music and sing-along. If you have small children (like us), it may be a nuisance, as the party doesn't stop until 1am. Otherwise a lovely stay and we will be happy to come again.

Overall very nice apartments, great for the dogs. Very animal-friendly hotel.

Me and the family have had a great stay for a week in Pers apartment. Access pool and proximity to the beach with its own chairs that belonged to the area where there was always space was really great. It was easy to get to ferries for travel to and from Venice. Good range of restaurants and shops right outside the apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious and during the hottest days we were very grateful for the air conditioning and the spacious balcony. Per was very helpful and generous, came up with many local tips and always responds quickly. We are very happy with our stay and would love to come back. Many thanks to Per.

Host was very flexible with the check in and check out times, friendly. Lived up to expectations it was a pleasant peaceful stay. Close to the beach which was never crowded, a great place to stay.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

The accommodation is perfect for combining total peace and relaxation with excursions to Venice. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer and the air conditioning in the bedroom works perfectly. I liked Georgio's warm and personal style the best. He is very warm-hearted! Thank you for the interesting and wonderful days! I'm sure we'll be back.

Great house, inspiring both from inside and outside, carrying a historical zest but also had everything we needed for a week of staying and cooking. We were travelling with friends to visit the exhibitions, this was a perfect location - easy to reach by vapporetto and away from crowds, with lush green garden and lagoon view - amazing sunset. Lorenzo and Alessandra were very responsive and helpful. Very much recommend!

Beautiful accommodation on the Lido, centrally located, we were already here for the second time, felt comfortable and will be happy to come back!

Great place to stay in Venice. In a quiet area but still close to many restaurants and shopping. Had the best A/C out of the 3 places we stayed in Italy and had a great view. They were also really flexible with check-in so we did not have to carry around our luggage. Highly recommend.

We had a great time in Annalisa's bungalow. The garden and the park with playground are beautiful and very well maintained, there are also herbs to pick yourself. The bungalow was well equipped, there was everything you need. The beach is within walking distance and the beach cart with parasol is very practical. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!
