The apartment lived up to our expectations. It was very comfortable and an easy stroll to either the #2 vaporetto at Zattere or the Accademia stop on the Grand Canal for the number 1 or 2. The best route from the bus station is to go to Zattere., because it will not be crowded and is faster and if you have luggage there are ramps to walk up on the two bridges. The entrance way, like a lot of Venetian houses, is dark and unfinished, but there is a light. The 13 stairs up to the apartment have a handrail. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed our stay n this quiet part of Venice.

Great place to stay. Away from the main crowds, tucked around a corner for privacy. Great restaurants nearby and easy access wiring walking distance to main square etc. Very clean and tidy!

The apartment is well equipped, extremely clean and very nicely furnished. The location is top, in a quiet and green environment as well as away from mass tourism. Absolutely recommended for visitors who want to explore Venice. The host Donatella picked up in person and was always reachable before and during the stay. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment!

We had a great 4-ni stay in this very nice, upscale, spacious apt located in the San Marco area. It is very close to the S. Angelo vaporetto dock, and also just steps away from a traghetto dock to cross to the S Palo area. The owners helped us arrange a water taxi to/from the train station to the S Angelo dock, which is a nice way to arrive/depart if you want to avoid a potentially crowded water bus w/suitcases. The apt is an easy walk to Piazza S Marco and the Doge’s Palace. And it is close to Ponte dell’Academia to get to Dorsoduro. In the US, we would call this type of home a “split level”; one bedroom on the main level, a 2nd bedroom down a few stairs, and a 3rd that is a few steps up. The 2 bathrooms are located near the lower and upper bedrooms. There is a small elevator to get to the apt from ground level (helpful with suitcases). The beds were comfortable and large, the bathrooms are modern and well-equipped, the kitchen and living area, also quite nice. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay. We were welcomed and the host actively helped us. As much for our arrival, for our departure but also for activities and restaurants. The rent matches the photos very well. We highly recommend.

A lovely little flat close enough to the tourist attractions to pop home for lunch, but far enough away to be quiet. Massimo was very helpful throughout our stay.

Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

What an amazing place! Far away from the crowds to be peaceful and private; close enough to be able to join in the action without too much of a walk. Pamela is a delight to engage with. Personal, attentive and kind. She takes great pride in her stylish apartment and it shows!

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful environment that was near the water taxi stop and walkable to all of the key, city attractions with multiple choices to eat. The property was exactly what we needed for a few days in the city and the descriptions were accurate. Bed was comfortable and the space was perfect for the 3 of us. We highly recommend to stay here as it was an enjoyable experience.

We had a wonderful holiday in Beatrice’s place. It is perfectly positioned in a quiet part of Venice but, as with everywhere in Venice, it was easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The vaporetto stop is very close by. There are nice little bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Beatrice was a very responsive host. She actually came to meet us when we arrived at the vaporetto stop and showed us the way to the flat. The flat itself was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. I would certainly stay there again. In fact, I am already booked in for next year. Thank you, Beatrice.

What a fantastic find! We were a group of 5 and there was plenty of space for all of us. The house was absolutely amazing and it was so wonderful to live in a Venetian home with so much history. I opened my windows every morning to a beautiful view of the canals. We were in Venice on a choir trip and all our friends were so jealous when they visited. They were stuck in tiny hotel rooms and paid more than twice what we did! Our key got stuck in the lock and Alice responded immediately which was a great relief. The only drawback was the WiFi- in some areas of the house the connection wasn't good. Easily solved by leaving the doors open or moving to a part of the house where the connection is stronger. The house can get a tad chilly so be sure to bring warm clothes for sleeping. We enjoyed soaking in the tub and enjoying meals together in the spacious kitchen. The place is a short 20+ min walk to the train station and easy to reach from the airport. Thanks for the perfect week in Venice!

Mini apartment booked at the last minute, corresponding to photo and description. Marco is very kind and helpful, extremely quick to respond. A pleasant stay with the only advice to replace the net and mattress, too soft, but still comfortable.

Chiara was a joy from start to finish. Lots of helpful messages even before our trip. Then really flexible and helpful when we arrived. Made our start in Venice so relaxing. We had a wonderful stay. The location is amazing - so easy to get to from the bus station or airport waterbus. Very quiet at night but loads to do in the area and less touristy. But also very close to the key spots and places to visit. The flat is spacious, clean, comfortable and also has a co-op store nearby. Great hosts, really responsive and friendly with great suggestions for places to eat out and visit. Brilliant gelateries and restaurants nearby. Flat has everything you will need.

Andrea was a great host and his apartment was perfect for our stay in Venice. The apartment was very nice and had everything you need. It was also a short walk to all of the sites you would want to visit and there were a lot of good restaurants close too. I would definitely recommend his place and would stay again should we visit Venice again.

This is a lovely retreat from the crowds and bustle of the city. Beside a little canal, the views have greenery and it is in a vibrant little neighborhood with grocery, restaurants and community. It was an easy walk to main sites and other neighborhoods. It looks just like the pictures and hosts are very friendly and communicative.

Host have fast response. Room has nice view. Clean.
