The house has 2 bedrooms, an open mezzanine (with a double bed), kitchen/dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and 2 bathrooms. The garden is idyllic with grape vines, a quiet dining area with barbecue, and a beautiful olive tree in the middle. (Parkingplace outside) The house is located in the heart of the charming old village in Saint Jeannet, just 30 min from Nice airport.

La BERGERIE

La Bergerie offers 35 m² plus garden furniture. There are two identical rentals on site that are offered to you. The swimming pool is in the middle of the centuries-old olive trees, located on a small isolated hill and offers views of the valley, it is to be shared. The rentals are located in a 4-hectare property The agricultural part is separated from the space dedicated to tourist stays. We accept four-legged companions (outside the pool), in principle, with a small surcharge.

This charming little cottage located between Grasse and Peymeinade will seduce you with its decor and location. Nestled in the greenery at the bottom of my garden, this outbuilding has a shaded terrace for meals and idleness.... Ecological construction (hemp, cork, lime.....) Located close to all amenities, 10 minutes from downtown Grasse, 20 minutes from Cannes and 20 minutes from Lac St Cassien.... access to the highway is also 10 minutes away to visit the French Riviera.....

The Maset is an old farmhouse restored as a duplex, bedroom and living room on the ground floor, with interior and exterior stairs, laundry room with washing machine and storage room. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.60 m) with en-suite bathroom and toilet. The living room, with modern kitchenette, has a pull-out bed, a sofa and a separate toilet. The pool, located 30 meters away, is heated and equipped with a pool house with shower, toilet and refrigerator.
