"Maison des Oliviers" is a charming, authentic village house, with a private garden and parking right outside. The house has 2 bedrooms, an open mezzanine (with a double bed), kitchen/dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and 2 bathrooms. The garden is idyllic with grape vines, a quiet dining area with barbecue, and a beautiful olive tree in the middle. (Parkingplace outside) The house is located in the heart of the charming old village in Saint Jeannet, just 30 min from Nice airport.

Newly refurbished charming village house with private courtyard in the heart of Roquebrune old town, decorated by a local architect to upgrade amenities but preserve its historical characteristics. The house is totally independent, with just a 7 min drive from Monaco, 3 min to the beaches and 5 min to Menton and the Italian border. Beware Roquebrune village is a medieval town totally pedestrian, in order to reach the house there are steps on the way so not suitable to limited mobility guests.

Situé à proximité de toutes les commodités, à 10 mn du centre-ville de Grasse, 20 mn de Cannes et 20 mn du Lac St Cassien....l'accès à l'autoroute est également à 10 mn pour visiter la Côte d'Azur.....

La BERGERIE

La Bergerie offers 35 m² plus garden furniture. There are two identical rentals on site that are offered to you. The swimming pool is in the middle of the centuries-old olive trees, located on a small isolated hill and offers views of the valley, it is to be shared. The rentals are located in a 4-hectare property The agricultural part is separated from the space dedicated to tourist stays. We accept four-legged companions (outside the pool), in principle, with a small surcharge.

Agréable villa lumineuse sur les hauteurs de Capitou avec vue mer sur les iles de Lérins, piscine (7*3), et à 6km des plages. 3 chambres climatisées avec salle de bain wc, téléviseurs et exposées côté piscine et vue mer. La cuisine entièrement équipée, la salle à manger et le séjour sont aussi exposés vers la terrasse côté piscine. Une grande salle avec canapé, téléviseur et bureau sera aussi appréciée des vacanciers. Frais de services payables à l’arrivée 150€.

This is an atypical village house located in the historic center of Badalucco, a short walk to the Argentina River. The interior has been fully restored to provide all the comforts you need. A few steps further on you will find a dry stone patio, at the entrance to the house and its outbuilding. Without any overlooking, you will appreciate its garden in the form of a terrace and its outdoor kitchen. Jacuzzi available by reservation 80 EUR/week, July/August.
