Registered tourist fishing company, boat for hire in the marina right by the cabin. Haukanes Fjordhytter no. 1 is the neighbouring cabin. There are nice swimming beaches in the surrounding area. The cabin can be reached via a path of approximately 1 km with a 150-metre change in altitude. The hike is steep and takes 15–30 minutes; light luggage is recommended. Best suited for 2 people, but has sleeping accommodation for 4. The cabin has electricity, running water from a nearby stream and a toilet. There is no shower. Drengstova", an apartment that is located in the barn with a private balkong facing the fjord, Sørfjorden. At the dock it’s nice to take a bath, fish or just enjoy the view. Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .
