This is the perfect cabin for two. Living room with wood-burning stove, kitchen with all necessary cooking and washing facilities, and a cosy bedroom with a bed, a private daybed, a coffee machine and a TV with Chromecast. The location and the area around the cabin are absolutely unique. Surrounded by large green areas, flowers, berries and fruit trees. Sandstrand and Svaberg are a small stone's throw away and as the closest and only neighbour you have a gazebo with a massage chair. Here you can enjoy the mountains and nature in peace and quiet, and good opportunities for relaxation and recreation in summer and winter. Miles of ski trails, dog sledding and ski center nearby. Large and family-friendly outdoor area with opportunities for play and fun. There is running water and electricity. Winter maintained road with parking right outside the cabin wall.

The cabin is located in a free area, little insight, has good sun conditions and views of the mountains and Savalsjøen. Nice hiking trails both on foot, skiing and cycling. Savalsjøen is excellent for swimming, fishing/ice fishing, canoeing. Cross-country skiing right outside the cabin. 5 min by car to alpine facilities, ice rink and Nissehuset/hotel. 15 min walk. The field has a road barrier; NOK 80 to drive in, pay via app.

Find peace and quiet at the old trading place Sannan in beautiful Hasselvika! Here you can experience a good sea fishing and great hiking opportunities in the woods and mountains right outside the door. Within 100m you will also find a shop, marina, beach, speedboat terminal and bus stop. Right nearby lies the abandoned Hysnes Fort, idyllically situated at the mouth of the Trondheim Fjord. Here you can walk on well-maintained hiking trails and enjoy a phenomenal view from the top! The sunsets out here are often absolutely magical!

Toll road, kr. 80,- to be paid at youpark within 48 hrs after passing to avoid extra cost.
