Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Grautaneset is located at the foot of the spectacular mountain Tustnastabben. On one side you have a view of the lake, on the other side you see straight up the mountain. The house is 200 years old, newly renovated and modernized. All fascilities included. The house has access to the beach within short distance. The closest grocery store is 3 minutes drive.

Rorbu from Utsikten - Veiholmen!

Newly built Rorbu completed Summer 2022. Located centrally on the seafront and between the old houses on the fishing grounds. Here you have both the opportunity for breakfast and sunrise outside, as well as sitting on the quay and watching the sunset. You can rent a rowboat from Benneriet and kayak from Smøla Kayak that you can use to go over to the pier/lighthouse/islands.
