In the area there are little shops, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as the only golf course in Menorca. Just half an hour from Mahón airport, it is in a strategic position to discover the most beautiful corners of the island.

It consists of a double bedroom, living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Very quiet area, with services nearby (supermarket, shopping area, golf... has private parking. You can enjoy a great summer, visit beautiful coves such as Cala Pregonda, Cavalleria, etc. Being in the center, it is ideal for getting to know the island. The apartment is fully equipped.

The development is very quiet and the house has wonderful views of the golf course and the mountains.
