Total living space ~ 63m2 Living in the ground floor apartment , we are always very happy to help our guests to discover the this most extraordinary region, which with ~ 2700 hours of sunshine/year is a great place for a break no matter what the season (see photos) .

Numerous amenities including air conditioning (in the living room). Bed linen and towels provided, as well as basic kitchen items. Paid underground parking 150 m away (see "my accommodation"), free surface parking 200 m away. We live in the building and will be available if needed.
