Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Solna Municipality

We had a great stay with our family (3 teenagers). Ample space for everyone. We loved our meals outside on the porch. Very comfortable and clean house.

The cottage is very modern, beautifully bright and the space is perfectly used for two people. There is everything you need for a city trip and the location is quiet in the countryside, but due to the proximity to the metro you are quickly in town. For beautiful days there is also a private small terrace facing the garden. Lena and Jens are more reserved hosts, but responsive to any questions. Perfect for us, we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful 1 week stay at Ulrika’s place. The house was super clean with unbeatable views of the big lake! We could swim right away after getting out from the room, and there was a Kayak available for borrowing if you’re in the mood. The house is located in a private area, so we could play music as loud as we wanted. As a person who has been living in Stockholm for 2 years, I think this one is an ideal place to stay if you have some friends coming over visiting, which I did this time. And it was also pretty easy to do groceries since there is a bus station located just behind it! Will definitely come back if there’s another chance!

We loved our stay at Henrik's house. We felt so at home right away! The house was light-filled and airy with plenty of space for kids and a family of 5. It had the charm of a turn-of-the-century home, but just the right amount of modern updates where it counts. Our children loved the big yard with the trampoline and we grilled out almost every night. We really felt like we were living there. :) The area is so lovely. It's green with parks everywhere and a quick walk to the water. There's a grocery store at the end of the street and a bus stop that takes you to the train into town. We used public transit but ended up renting a car because our small children were easier to get in and out of the city that way. But they have an electric car plug-in which was great! Theres a lot I could say but it suffices to say that we'd recommend Henrik's house to others and we really hope to stay there again in the future. Great place to stay with an extra plus for the nice sauna area. Everything you need is available. A smooth home with comfortable beds. Walking distance to Stravberry arena.

I had a wonderful stay at Samuel's home! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Check-in was seamless, and Samuel was an excellent host. He was very nice and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Matilda kindly dropped the key of her flat at the hotel we were staying the night before we arrive at her place. Her flat is very well situated in Stockholm, 100m or so to a hub of subways / bus (including easy access from/to the Arlanda airport). It is perfectly calm. Her flat is very cosy and perfectly well furnished. Very clean. Various supermarket in the neighborood ease your life and there are also nearby some good bakeries to buy cakes for "fika time". It was nice to have breackfast on the terrasse on the courtyard. A little constrainst to be mentionned: access to the children bedroom by crossing the parent's ones.

A bit tricky to lock the door, but the rest was great. Nice place, nice location and easy communication with the host. Be aware that the key expires at 10am on the dot. We were 1 min late, and couldnt lock the door. I guess same problem if you forget something, then you wouldn’t be able to access. So make sure you leave a buffer :)

pros: our first time in sweden, we loved stockholm. place was perfect size for 3 ppl, we each had a bed. the place is clean and nice furnishings and felt very safe. and host is responsive with questions. cons: hard to understand instructions from host on finding apartment and getting keys, my friend had a lot of trouble but eventually figured it out. no toilet paper in apartemtn and host said we could go buy it...never had that happen to me in an air b n b but we bought some and it was okay. right outside the main bed room there is a daycare/preschool mon-fri starting at like 8am, it's loud with lots of kids playing. that was difficult because we were on time change so 8am was early to start hearing yelling and screaming for us. but all in all it ended up being a good location, we loved restaurants nearby: eatnam, Mondo, greasy spoon, fabrique.

The apartment was very nice and David was always quick to reply when we needed any assistance. The location was also convenient, very close to bus/metro.

Katrin’s place was perfectly located, making it easy to get quickly to the center. The apartment itself was both beautiful and cozy, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Her garden was absolutely charming and added to the peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated stay.

Great price for big apartment with great views. Somewhat secluded but a short walk from Bergshamra C with shop, restaurants and T. Li was very nice, helpful and flexible.

Camilla's apartment is a beautiful, cosy, well-equipped home in a relaxed, interesting neighbourhood in walking/pendling distance from central Stockholm with a metro station nearby. It served us perfectly as a base for our family holiday in Stockholm. We did not meet Camilla in person, but she responded fast in written conversations caring that we had all relevant information and that we were comfortable in her home during our stay. Very good value for money. Great location right in Stockholm. With the metro less than a 10 minute walk. If any issues or questions arose Anders replied very quickly. I would stay again.

Fantastic apartment, fantastic hosts! We wanted to visit family in Solna, so this place was in an ideal location. Close to shops and public transport, but not on a busy street. Our kids also loved it here! Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay and cool offbeat location by the waterside and marina. Felt very welcome. Friendly hosts. Good access to the metro with frequent departures to central Stockholm. Slightly noisy from 1st floor and highway, but only with the windows open.

The room was clean, nice and quiet and Susann is a very good host, clear and really nice. The accommodation suited me perfectly for these nights I was in Stockholm.

The apartment is located 7 minutes walk from a metro station. At the foot of this station, you will find several supermarkets and restaurants, it is very convenient. There are also buses and the tram. It is very well served to get to the center of Stockholm. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need because they live in it. It's a real Airbnb! We felt at home there. Joanne is very accommodating, she adapted her apartement to accommodate us. She is responsive. A great address to be quiet and not far from the center of Stockholm to visit (10/15 min by metro)

Had a wonderful stay in Thorunn's family home for our first visit to Stockholm! Location was easy to get to, and just a few stops to Central Stockholm via the Metro. Hosts were very accommodating, responsive and helpful.
