This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

There are bikes in varying send to borrow and a fishing kayak. Walking distance there are good restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and much more. It finds nice nature and beautiful parks around Ulriksdals and Haga castle. For the children, there are swings, trampoline and basketball basket, among other things.
