Wonderful year-round home. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outdoors space. Our accommodation is good for couples, solo traveler, business travelers and families (with kids). Car is needed as there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are located in Edane, to the town of Arvika 25 km. A shorter forest walk from the property to the lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

Welcome to insta @Frykstaladan. It is located 50 meters from the south end of the fairytale snowy lake of Fryken. This unique home has its very own style that has emerged over the five years that we rebuilt the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Everything is new and fresh. Perfect place for rest and recreation. It includes bikes, kayaks and DRINKS (2 of each) and the proximity to sports and outdoor activities is good. Värmland attracts with its culture, visit the Lerin Museum, Alma Löv, Storyleader or....

Fully equipped cottage where you can burn in the fireplace inside or light a fire by the barbecue area that is undisturbed from other neighbors. For the largest nature experience you can use the boat that is included. The electric motor allows you to glide silently through the leafy canals right around the corner. 10 min from the shopping center.

Beautiful summerhouse in a fantastic setting.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The house is under new management and we had only five star reviews all of 2023 and 24. Our summerhouse/lodge is located 10 min bikeride to the beach by the lake. It comfortably fits five-six people, and is perfect for a family. Enjoy a morning coffee at the terrace/Hammock, walks in beautiful surroundings, and the cute little town of Klässbol that has a beach! I have a rowing boat that is free to use if it survived the winter.

Breath the fresh air. Take long forest walks or bike 2.5 km to the cozy beach with both sandy beach and cliffs. Charming and cozy country house, where you can live all year round. An idyllic place where you can relax, close to forests, lakes, nature reserves, and Fantastic chanterelle spots. The house has a large porch and nice plot that extends around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find food store, pizzeria and gas station (about 3km). If you want to experience the warmland idyll and the mysterious forests, you found the right place.

The Sculptured House is built with natural, recycled and local materials, in harmony with its surrounding nature. This calm retreat offers an inspirational experience for those who look for a stress-free environment. It has a cozy sleeping loft with nice views and you have your own dry toilet.
