What a lovely house in a stunning location. It was so private and we were surrounded by trees and birds and the hot tub was a real bonus. We were situated in the middle of more National Trust properties than we could visit in the week!! They are all situated between 30 and 45 mins drive which was brilliant. Our day in Worcester was lovely too. Rick and Becky were great hosts and I would highly recommend this property to relax in beautiful surroundings and/or an ideal base to explore this lovely area. I will miss the dawn chorus of birdsong and seeing numerous birds everytime I looked out of a window!

The Gatehouse was well positioned for a conference at the Heart of England conference centre. It was a beautiful property with everything we needed for our stay. We had a great time with the hot tub being a fantastic element!

My stay at the Shooting Lodge was just what I needed for a peaceful, stress free getaway. Beautiful location, fantastic hosts and my pup Jessie loved her stay too. Would highly recommend for any of those career women out there who just need a weekend of peace and tranquility. The lodge was better than described, high quality and a home from home. The location is wonderful with lots of nice walks. I would definitely stay again alone or with friends. Thank you Anthony & Julia for a wonderful stay.

Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

Really lovely stay. Watching sunsets and the horses from the hot tub each evening was so dreamy! We also had a bottle of prossecco waiting for us when we arrived which was such a lovely touch. A very lovely stay ☺️

Me and 5 other guests stayed at this place, we thoroughly enjoyed the spacious rooms and cosy living room, the host made it that extra special with the christmas tree. the place was immaculate and nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfy and a beautiful garden area. all in all 10/10 recommend. I will be returning:)

Stayed in the Maple Pod and was met with a perfectly cleaned accommodation with clear instructions on how to use all amenities provided. Hosts were communicative when required and made sure that you knew how to communicate with them in times of need. Would recommend to anyone who wants a clean, safe, private and comfortable getaway.

Spent a night in this charming little barn. Loved everything and the most amazing things were the walks and beautiful gardens. We would definitely stay again and can highly recommend

Perfect place to stay if you’re looking for peace and quiet but also ideally located for me to visit family and friends scattered within a twenty mile radius. Everything is there, in the the cottage, for your convenience. If I could make one suggestion however, for people like myself who have travelled from overseas, a small drop of milk to make tea on arrival would have been lovely. Such a tiny detail though and certainly did not detract from a lovely stay!

WOW ! Had a great holiday ! We didn’t want to leave ! Windmill Lodge is a little peace of Heaven Set In idyllic surroundings with a beautiful pond (loved the ducks ) And peaceful surroundings Lisa was a great host Greeted warmly and surprised with a welcoming card and “scrummy” cake to start the holiday off well. Tea and coffee and milk provided in a well equipped spotless,kitchen Furniture very comfy All rooms were very clean and of a high standard with plenty of little touches in every room to make us feel at home Lisa was on hand if we needed anything but we had our privacy. Definitely recommend this WONDERFUL place Hope to visit again in the future Thank you Lisa for making our holiday so special Best Wishes Jackie ,Tim ,Davie

Lovely little cottage. Host was extremely accommodating, addressed any little hiccups straight away and went above and beyond to make the stay as easy as possible for us. Would definitely stay again.

I would highly recommend Darran's cottage. perfect location. quiet & peaceful, within easy reach to all the attractions and town. We walked to town in 20mins. Darren's communication was excellent. Cottage was fully equipped with everything you would need. we will be returning.

Cherry Tree Cottage is perfectly located near the village of Barford, between Stratford and Warwick. This was our third stay here and didn’t let us down. It is always immaculate, sparkling clean and well-appointed. Mark is helpful and friendly. We highly recommend Cherry Tree Cottage.

Lynn and Simon were such great hosts to both me and my dog! Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to suggest restaurants and points of interest in the village ( and the best way out by road and local places of interest to visit.) I walked into Brewood and on their recommendation, went to the Indian restaurant for a takeaway which I can definitely recommend. Little Elm is so peaceful, just an owl hooting at night and the cottage itself is ideal for a single person or couple. A lovely welcome pack of breakfast essentials, milk, tea, coffee, bread, butter, marmalade and jam plus cereals and the most fantastic Victoria sandwich ! I’m still enthusing about that now! My dog loved running and exploring in the spacious enclosed garden and loved the treats from Lynn and Simon even more! Lovely wet room/bathroom and a sauna available too. Thank you for a fantastic stay and I'll definitely return if I'm in the area again!

Bucket Lock Cottage is in such a peaceful location. The garden was beautiful to rest in and the walks along the canal were lovely. The description of the cottage is accurate - and the basket of logs for the fire is massive! The hosts were very welcoming and responsive during our stay, without being at all intrusive. We would certainly stay here again.

The cottage was wonderful. A beautiful old cottage with lots of atmosphere. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee tea etc. I was amazed at the drawers full of stuff in the bathroom which was amazing. The whole cottage was comfortable and inviting. Mill street was very historic with a lovely garden at the bottom which for £3.00 was wonderful to visit as it was on the river with the backdrop of the castle. The castle was a five minute walk away and gorgeous. Samantha was so helpful and answered any questions promptly. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here 100%.

Lovely cosy cottage right in the middle of some wonderful pubs, restaurants & walks aswell as the castle. Everything in easy access. Teresa was most helpful & messaged to say we were allowed into the property early as it was cleaned & ready early due to no guests in on the day of our check in. This was greatly appreciated as were the dogs treats & ours left . We stayed for 4 nights & ran out of time to visit all the restaurants & pubs we wanted so will definitely have to return.

Highly recommended. Great spot with beautiful country views, very peaceful, nice pub within a few minutes walk and several more within a mile or two - great walking destinations.

We stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our journey took less than expected, arriving early and Lucy was so accommodating of this which we really appreciated. Lucy left out some lovely treats for us and the home made bread was amazing! The place was immaculate and a home away from home. Lovely converted cottage in quiet rural setting, although close to both Droitwich Spa ( supermarkets, Waitrose and Morrison, only 10 minutes in car) and Worcester. Property ideally situated for numerous National Trust properties and also Wyre forest. The cottage was lovely and cool downstairs and we loved sitting in the garden , enjoying the sun shine and meeting the cats! Tricia was on hand to meet us on arrival and left us a lovely cake to enjoy. Would highly recommend this cottage.

Mason’s Court is right in the heart of historic Stratford Upon Avon . All of the best attractions are a short walk . This is a very interesting property , probably most people would never have stayed in a 600 year old place , it is an experience worth trying . You get modern appliances with the original building’s features to enjoy . Great hosts , I would highly recommend a stay .
