Much spacious and better than imagined from the pictures. The garden also impressive. Recommendable.

Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

It was all as described. It is a very quiet complex/apartment. There are small markets for daily needs in the immediate vicinity. We were satisfied. The sea beach is a 5-minute walk away. There is a small restaurant there that also rents beach loungers for 200 Turkish lira (as of 26.05.2025) and you can also eat lunch there. Apartment, bed linen, kitchen towels are clean. We would rent the apartment again.

It is a place in the middle of the peace that can really be recommended and it was full of quiet peace. The interest of the host was a privilege, as 👍in the pictures, yes. It is a place where you will definitely spend 100% of your time to relax. I recommend it👍 Thank you for everything, Ms. Burçin 🙏

It was a wonderful experience for us. We stayed on holiday with 3 girls. The house was cleaner and tidier than we expected. Everything has been carefully prepared and everything has been thought out. Mr. Kutay was also very interested and meticulous. I was able to reach him in a short time whenever I wanted. We were here for part of our holiday. When we saw the house, we thought we'd continue our holiday here. We came by private car, so I don't have any information about transportation.

You can accommodate up to seven people at home. Its location is within walking distance of Vathy port and in a quiet area. The view of the house is so beautiful, you almost don't want to leave the house. The house is very clean and well-maintained, there are multiple balconies. There are many items in the kitchen. Despina was very helpful in everything. She was hospitable. I recommend it.

We loved our stay here! We do reccomend a car if you are staying, it made exploring Samos a lot more easy as by foot it may have been impossible and more expensive, the place was good enough to stay in for a day or 2 with the amazing pool and view especially during sunset! The hosts were responsive and kind people, the husband gave us some home made wine when we arrived and a tote bag when we left!

This was the third time I stayed at Martha and Evanthia’s place. It’s always wonderful and I look forward to going there again. It really is 5 stars, and Martha and Evanthia are lovely people and make you feel right at home. Agios Konstantinos is the perfect place to relax as well.

I felt immediately at home which was so nice after travelling for a few weeks. The location is perfect close to everything and the views are amazing. Mr Mustafa and his wife helped me with the washing machine and supplied all I needed -I was very impressed. Also supplied was a water cooler bottle which I really appreciated as so many places expect you to buy bottled water which is detrimental to the environment. I loved staying in my airy, comfortable, safe and beautiful apartment and would definately recommend it to travellors. I think its even better than it looks in the listing ! Ms. Övgü is a wonderful host. He is very interested and provides flexibility in terms of check-in and check-out times. The location of the house is close to the beach, and there are many markets, restaurants and cafes around it. We easily found a place to park the car in the immediate vicinity of the house. The house is quite enough for two people. We also had the materials we needed. We were very pleased with both our host and the house. Thank you ❤️

The absolute best experience. Ali and his friends and family were so special and helpful with everything. We also received fresh pastries every morning!! Beyond hospitable and close to everything. One of the absolute best cities to visit. We will be back and we will stay here!!!!

This is a wonderful apartment in the perfect location, just up the road (about 100m) from the beautiful Ladies Beach. There are lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the area. It is a fairly new building with new fixtures and great security. Dilek was the perfect host, welcoming and very good with communication. The apartment was clean and was just like the pictures, with all the amenities needed to make our own meals (no oven, but we didn't mind. There was a hob and microwave.) The shower was a bit small, but it worked well. We were extremely happy and comfortable. It felt like home away from home for the week we were there. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a amazing stay with our baby! Thank for everything. We find the place easily and flat is very clean. We did not any problems during our stay. If we visit Samos again, we can definitely choose it for stay. Peace with Love.

Small but nice, for those who like to keep things simple on holiday. We felt super comfortable. Not too much frills but still cozy. The terrace is beautiful, precisely because you are directly connected to the harbour and the extremely friendly neighbours. Nevertheless, you somehow have your peace. This is Greece at its best and the view of the bay is also a dream. It is possible to swim in the harbour basin or 10 steps further in the other bay. There are many bathing options, with the most beautiful pebbles I have ever seen. The hiking trails are great but unfortunately only partially signposted. Yannis has a hiking guide there. It is better to rely on the mobile phone. Then you will be rewarded with a diverse nature. We will definitely be back

It shows the location as inside, but the house was clean, close to everywhere, there was everything from creams to ironing, we were as comfortable as in our own house, they allowed us to use their private garden, we had no problems with checking out, they said we can check out whenever we want, I would really stay again if I come again, thank you very much

Efcharis was a wonderful n kind host. He was very flexible and accommodating with our check-in n check-out times, which we really appreciated. When we arrived he welcomed us personally. He had thought of everything, from a gift bottle of ouzo to snacks for our son and even drinking water. He also provided us with helpful information about Samos, and brochures were ready on the table. The location of the house is just as described, offering a lively spot with a view of Samos town square, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, and everything else you might need are within walking distance.The terrace is delightful n if the weather is cool, having a meal at the kitchen table while watching the sea through the window feels truly special. The Wi-Fi speed in the house was more than sufficient. We stayed during a rainy and cold period, but the house was comfortably heated with the air conditioning, and the hot water worked perfectly. Thank you for everthing!

There were two of us staying in Dimitri's apartment for three nights, which is quite comfortably furnished. We felt right at home. Everything required is available, clean, easy to find. The access was flexible via key box, Dimitris always accessible for questions. The location of the apartment is perfect, in the old part of the city, walking distance to the water, restaurants and shops. We would come back anytime and highly recommend the place!

The apartment is exactly as described, with a magnificent, brand new facility. You can book blindfolded. Mr. Giray was extremely helpful with all our requests. Thank you for everything, especially snacks and drinks.
