Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

The apartment is perfect for couples, small families or friends who want a quiet base near both the archipelago and city life. The apartment has a bedroom with a large and comfortable double bed, without a door to the living room, as well as a sofa bed in the living room that can easily be turned into an extra double bed. Here up to 4 people can live comfortably, possibly 3 children and 2 adults.

I’m going to have a great stay at this place. Right next to the Lygna Salmon River. Next to the main road. Snartemo train station nearby. Small private beach by the river. To Nasjonalt Villakssenter-Kvåsfossen: 5 km, 5 minutes by car. Kristiansand Zoo is less than 1 hour and 24 minutes away—perfect for family outings. With only a 20-minute drive to Lyngdal and Sørlandsbadet, you have everything within reach. There are excellent fishing opportunities in the river in the area, provided you have a valid fishing licence.

Here you can live stylishly, in peaceful and rural surroundings - perfect accommodation for couples and families with children on vacation. Also ideal for those who need to immerse themselves in work undisturbed. We rent out the guest house on our yard, a lovely little house on the edge of the forest. The house is in solid wood, designed by Trollvegg Arkitektstudio and was completed in 2022. It is located in the back of the property, with the forest as the closest neighbor. Welcome to us!

Kristiansand is home to Norway's largest shopping centre, as well as an amusement park with animals, attractions and a swimming area, many shops, nightclubs, bars and restaurants. Good bus connections are available.
