Welcome to our lovely townhouse. The house is located 1 km from Kristiansand city centre and a short distance from Dyreparken. The sea is right next door (10 min walk to Bertesbukta). The house has a barbecue and a garden with a sandpit and flattening with cozy outdoor furniture. There are two bedrooms in the house. In addition, there are two sofas and an air mattress. In addition, there are two bathrooms where one has both a shower and a bathtub. Hope to hear from you :-) We primarily want to rent to families or couples, but feel free to message us either way!

Two bathrooms with shower, and possibility to wash clothes. Parking for up to 3 cars outside the entrance. 7 min drive to Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret. 10 min to Kristiansand City Centre.

Here there is room for the children to play, and it is safe for the parents to relax. Within walking distance to the home there are both playgrounds and beach. A 4 minute drive away is the nearest grocery store. And you do not have to drive longer than 30 minutes to experience some of the best the south has to offer, such as The zoo and a number of beaches.

The house has three bedrooms, two double beds, children's room (single bed) and one more single bed (extra) Space for a family of 6 . Possibilities for a fourth bedroom if desired. The house has patios in front, with barbecue and seating area, view of the sea and Varoddbroa. As well as an unashamed spot in the back. Welcome!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The animal pack is worth a visit. A romantic walk in the Raven Valley is not to be missed. You can climb the mountain top with a view right from the house. Same with the Raven Valley and a trip to Grim with lots of shops. The city centre is not far away, where you have many shops or you can visit the city beaches along the promenade by the sea. Kristiansand has so much to offer. Cleaned before departure, laundry included in the price. No smoking or animals allowed.

Sleeps 8 as well as two mattresses that can be put on the floor and a travel cot for children up to two years (we don't have a duvet for this).

Me and my 2 boys love our home. We have two patios. Start your day with breakfast in the yard facing a kid-friendly place. No traffic. We live near the Beach and the city. It's quiet and good neighbors. In the evening there is a sunny on the porch until 10.30 pm here is enjoyed the barbecue and sunbathing.
