New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen area with fridge, stove, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left cleaned, clean and tidy! Welcome!

The accommodation is also suitable for those who want to stay overnight on their way to their destination. During the cold season there is usually the possibility of winter swimming directly from your own jetty, ice fishing and ice skating

Studion har sovalkov, kök, soffhörna och fräscht badrum. Egen uteplats med grill - perfekt för sommarkvällar. 🌿 Trampbåt och paddleboard finns att låna om du vill ge dig ut på sjön. Busshållplats precis utanför huset. Som granne ligger ett surdegsbageri där du kan förbeställa nybakat bröd och ibland ordnas populära pizzakvällar. 🍕

You are close to hiking trails, a ski slope (700 m), a golf course (3.4 km), Karlstad with, among other things, the Lerin Museum and Mariebergsskogen (25 km), the Västanå Theatre (42 km), Selma Lagerlöf's Mårbacka (34 km), and the Alma Löv Museum (24 km). You can enjoy the view and beautiful sunsets when the weather is nice. Guests can borrow a canoe.
