Newly built sauna (ready to use), but the outside and gazebo are still under construction. Quiet area with proximity to forest with nice paths, including Bergslagsleden. Golf course about 3km away.

FredrikLars farm at Nordmarksbergs Mansion

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

The house shares land with a larger house where the landlord lives. Perfect house for those who plan to move to Sweden while you are looking for your dream home.
