The house is located in a quiet new development area above the city. A parking space is located in front of the door. The tourist tax of €1.30 per person/day is to be paid on site in cash. It is about 64 square meters, has its own entrance with its own parking space. It is equipped with a new kitchen, a bedroom with a cozy 1.80 double bed, a living and dining room with TV, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a floor-level shower and toilet & a small terrace. Towels, sheets and a hairdryer are available free of charge.

The wine refrigerator is always well-stocked and wine tastings can be arranged individually.

Numerous hiking trails allow wonderful insights into our region. The local wineries offer wine tastings or wine tours. We shall establish contact on request. You will find everyday necessities just a few kilometers away. Of course, we provide you with Wi-Fi and parking.
