Monthly Rentals in Snargate

We booked a 2 night break at short notice and were very happy with our stay, as was our dog. Bruin Oast lodge is a quality conversion and we found it to be exactly as described. It is very comfortable and everything has been thought of to make a stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you to both Dawn and Colin who were very welcoming and keen to make sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful place to stay. Location was idyllic, beautiful and calm. The stable was decorated beautifully, very charming. And Sally was incredibly helpful, gave lots of information and suggestions and was very quick to respond. We would love to visit again sometime soon.

I’ve stayed several times here. Each time is better than the last. Vivienne is a wonderful host, and provided a cornucopia of items for breakfast. And lots of extra touches that made me feel very well cared for. The guinea fowl that thinks he’s a dog was adorable! And it’s the perfect place to stay if you want the peace of the countryside. At the back are heavenly fields, which had buttercups and butterflies. And a woodpecker landed on the tree next to my chair! An absolute gem of a place.

I really loved my short stay at The Outbuilding. It’s beautifully decorated, the space is so well curated and an interior dream (just my cup of tea!) and overall the space has been really thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. Amy was lovely and super friendly, as was Jago (the most beautiful floof who just wanted to hang out!). I loved that my little dog was so welcomed and having use of the garden was so appreciated. I felt very comfortable there. Rye is a 10min drive, Camber just 17mins and the little tea room in Appledore does a great sausage sandwich (and just a few paces away). Really nice and friendly staff there. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend!
