This lovely cottage is located a few meters from Lake Vänern and has a sandy beach, wood-fired sauna and jetty with wood-fired hot tub. Perfect even for winter swimming! The views of the lake are amazing! The cottage has 2 lofts with beds, living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, toilet, shower and washing machine. Large glass doors can be opened out to the balcony, which has a gas grill, outdoor furniture and sun loungers. This is a quiet, natural and beautiful accommodation 15 km outside Lidköping.

Perfect for those who love each other, as there are nice hiking trails in the area. Also for exploring Mellerud/Håverud and the surrounding area. In Håverud, for example, there is an aqueduct that is over 150 years old. Close to swimming/camping, approx. 5 km, local shops/shopping center in central Mellerud. Padel center is a few kilometers away. In Mellerud, there are also good train connections between Gothenburg and Karlstad.

Enjoy the quiet of the countryside in this classic red cottage. The cottage is located on our property where there is another residential house. Here you live perfectly if you want to visit the cranes at Hornborgasjön, historic Varnhem or the thriving Vallebygden. Lilla Lilleskog is also a great place to stay when you want to visit Skara Sommarland 7 km away. Hiking trails and swimming lakes are within easy distance. "Cabin by the water" Here you live 10 meters from the water with a private jetty and panoramic views. Close to nature area with good opportunities for fishing and nature experiences. The property consists of 2 smaller cottages, both with a balcony towards the water (incl. outdoor furniture) Wonderful nature, mushrooms and berry fields right outside the door! Rowboat for rent. NOTE: Cleaning is not included! The house should be left in the same condition as upon arrival, otherwise a cleaning fee will be added.

Beautifully close to a swimming area

Here you live in a spacious (75 m2) apartment in a converted barn with all the amenities, fireplace and patio with lake views. Only 300 meters to Kabbosjön with beach and docks. Here you can see wild animals roaming by such as deer and fox. You can enjoy nice forest walks, paddling, berry and mushroom picking. The accommodation has a large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Living room with exit to patio and a sleeping loft with two single beds. There is also a single bed in the living room.

Här bor du fridfullt och rymligt med skog och sjö nära. Gården Herrestad är omgiven av fornämningar och bebotts under många tusen år. Herrestad ligger som en grön oas mitt i en lantbruksbygd och nära Sveriges största sötvattensjö. Djurlivet är rikt, både när det gäller fågelliv och hjortdjur. Ofta kan man se både rådjur och älg i trädgården. Nu har livet ute i naturen också utökats med vildsvin. På våren blommar de vackra äppelträden och husen är omgivna av flera olika sorters vackra lövträd.

The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.
