Townhouse holiday rentals in Smith Mountain Lake

Seven of us enjoyed a wonderful joint 75th birthday celebration at this beautiful lake home. The mountain and lake views from the spacious back deck were breathtaking. It was exactly as described with prompt and thoughtful communications. Comfortable beds and amenities to meet every need. Can’t wait to return to enjoy outdoor activities with extended family.

Great location at Bernard’s Landing - right next to the club house with the pool and other amenities. Very large space that could easily accommodate 4 couples. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect location and set up for us! Jodi called before our stay and walked me through everything then also followed up with an email. It made check in, check out, and understanding how everything worked super easy. We rented a pontoon boat for our entire stay and having the slip right there is so convenient. In addition, we rented our boat from a location about 2 land miles away from the townhome. Everything was as advertised and all amenities are in great shape! Grocery shopping is 5 minutes away along with a cafe and some quick restaurants and pizza. Would 100% stay here again!

Kathryn’s place was the perfect location for our holiday stay! The rooms were cozy and clean—extra amenities, such as coffee, tea, and books/puzzles, made the stay extra enjoyable and easy. With three levels of beautiful lake views, it also makes for the perfect place to wind down after a long day. The condo’s location was ideal for our needs. We attended a family gathering nearby and this ensured everyone had a comfortable space to enjoy the season.

Beautifully appointed home with great view of SML and access to the water via a dock and community beach both within short walking distance. Being so close to the State Park was ideal for us for short day trips. The kitchen had pretty much everything you'd need for a short basic stay. Check-in and -out were very easy and fairly well described. It's a quite large place, with lots of good family hang-out space. Overall a great place for the price.

We had a nice stay over Thanksgiving weekend to be close to Rjvers Edge Outdoors for dirt biking. We had the condo complex to ourselves. There is a gorgeous view of the lake and it is a beautifully furnished and decorated condo. Our son loved the Miss Pac-Man game. Very clean and comfortable!

Awesome place to stay for a family vacation. Exceptionally clean, cozy and quiet. Only downside was (2) tvs instead (3) like the listing said, was a key point. Would definitely stay again. Jessica was a great host and responded promptly.

what a beautiful home with plenty of space to entertain your family . we loved the view of the lake frm our multiple decks on this property along with the fireplace to set the mood , will definately be back

Casey’s home was lovely to stay in and we enjoyed the lake! The kayaks were very fun and we did some fishing off of the deck. Highly recommend!

The townhouse was clean and had everything needed for our trip. The views were beautiful and the location was convenient to all the fun things SML has to offer.

The views are gorgeous and the townhouse is very nice and clean! We wanted to stay longer but it was already booked. Saw deer at the back yard. Kaylan is extremely thoughtful the way she has written out very helpful and clear instructions in messages. She is also very nice and friendly when she communicates. When I say we checked in, she actually replies back and says she hopes we enjoy our stay. She had a very big box of coffee pods, large bottles of shampoos, conditioners, and body wash! She even had a large bottle of detergent and dryer sheets in the laundry room. Like I said, she is very thoughtful! You don’t always find this at Airbnb. I can go on and on! We will return!

Susan's lake condo was terrific! We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and well appointed. It had everything you could ask for in an Airbnb. The Mariner's Landing amenities were lots of fun and within walking distance. We took advantage of the pickle ball courts, game room and indoor pool & hot tub! We are looking forward to another visit.
