What a gem. Everything in the space is new and clean and everything outdoors is beautiful and pristine. Marie and Scott are very thoughtful hosts. The perfect peaceful getaway to relax and recoup. I will be back.

I loved staying here! It was close enough to everything but yet it was secluded. Seeing the wildlife every day when we would leave really lifted our spirits. I 100% would stay here again.

Always a joy to stay at Small Point with this host. What a special place in the world to go and checkout. Unfortunately Nan was traveling and I was looking so forward to seeing her. Out stay here was unbelievable! We could not be more happy with out accommodation of the ease of the experience. Marcia was a wonderful host. She made check-in easy and quick, and was very responsive. The welcoming packet was clear, concise, and outlined expectations. She also provided plenty of local restaurant menus in the local area, and a plethora of local attractions that made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was very comfortable and functional, allowing for plenty of storage and amenities for cooking. The neighborhood, while walkable, was very quiet and cozy. This was perfect for out quiet getaway. We will definitely be booking here again!
