Welcome to this converted 50 m² wooden loft, which is situated in a quiet and secluded location behind the main house on the property. You will be staying in a rural and scenic environment with the forest around the corner and the nearest lake is only 800 metres away. The wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere when you are indoors. If you want to go out and get some exercise, there are beautiful hiking trails, and for cycling enthusiasts, longer rides around the lakes await. Around the loft, there are pleasant outdoor areas where you can barbecue or relax and enjoy nature.

Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left cleaned, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Sunny location with evening sun on the large balcony that has a glazed outdoor room with openable sliding sections. Here you live between two lakes, Lelång (which is part of Dalsland's canal lake system) and Ärtingen. Walking distance to swimming area. Rowing boat included in the rent (May 1 - October 15). In the house there are 6 beds, 3 bedrooms, living room with fireplace. 2 toilets, one with bathtub, laundry room with shower/sauna, washing machine/dryer.

The accommodation is also suitable for those who want to stay overnight on their way to their destination. During the cold season there is usually the possibility of winter swimming directly from your own jetty, ice fishing and ice skating

The cottage is centrally located with a 4-minute walk to IKEA and Bergvik Shopping Center with several stores. You have your own private garden with a 25 m2 terrace with sun most of the day. The balcony is protected from view with a thuja hedge and a trellis wall. From the balcony, you have a small glimpse of Lake Vänern when you look over the hedge.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.
