The street is quiet in a friendly neighborhood with supermarket 5 minutes walk, with a 12-minute walk to the Sloterpark for hiking, swimming and a nice terrace of restaurant "Het Boothuis". Modern double bedroom on the third floor of the building, spacious and with your OWN BATHROOM with rain shower, tv and your very own balcony. You dont need to share any areas with me because its on another floor. Also you can enter the room without entering my private area. Because i live in a local neighbourhood with a lot of neighbours i can't host guests who are coming to amsterdam to make a big party or smoke weed. With tram nr. 2 you will be able to reach the city centre within 10-15min.

Access via main house to private room (studio with kingsize double bed 180 x 210), a private bathroom with rain shower en toilet, flat screen smart TV, coffee and tea, kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Towels and bathrobes are provided. The bikes are free!

Beautiful new studio in the heart of Amsterdam

On the 10th floor is this beautiful studio with unobstructed views. Because of the beautiful daylight, this apartment feels very pleasant. The studio is extra well insulated, almost soundproofed and has underfloor heating and cooling. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob,refrigerator and convection oven. The bathroom is even "spacious" for Amsterdam terms. A double elevator, enclosed bicycle shed and caretaker make it extra comfortable and safe in the complex. Top location

This experience, I will call it an experience because it is more than a floating house, was incredible, I even consider it my top 1 rental on Airbnb, Frans and his wife are incredibly kind making us feel at home, the house has absolutely EVERYTHING we need including a first aid kit, Frans also provided us with 2 bicycles that made it much easier to go to the market and the bus station, we were very well received and we only didn't stay longer because the house had no available dates🥲, but we loved it, and I am looking forward to returning.

Amir was an excellent host. He will respect your need for privacy when needed but also he's also happy to chat at length about shared interests. The apartment is conveniently located near a shopping centre and the two neighbouring tram lines run straight into the centre of Amsterdam. Thanks for letting us share your space, Amir!

I spent five unforgettable days in this cozy place. Every detail added to the overall feeling of comfort. It looks even better in real life than in the photos. I especially enjoyed the terrace and the views from it. The location was perfect — I never needed to use public transportation as everything was within walking distance. The hosts are incredibly kind and always ready to help. I would highly recommend staying here!
