This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Get away from it all, enjoy nature on the edge of the IJsselmeer and beach. In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

The cottage is detached and has a front and back garden with terraces and a sitting area with a stone barbecue. It is located in Groote Keeten, a quiet village, within walking distance of the North Sea beach. The kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, a 4-burner gas stove and a microwave. There is a high chair and an extra crib available. There is also a shed with a handcart and sun loungers and parasols.

On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

Enjoy "Ein wenig Meerzeit"

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal town of Petten is close to the beach and the canals around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedged retreat. The park de Watersnip, in which our MEERZEIT is located, also has great leisure facilities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. From the love-seat you can watch TV or the fireplace (heating) and you have it cozy in the winter or you can sit outside on the terrace by the water in the summer to daydream, read or play games. Hot tub, kayak or 2 SUP boards can be booked. There are also bicycles, which you can borrow for free. The bathroom is 1 step outside the pipo and all for you.
