The Caretaker

Welcome to a historic environment with exclusive solutions. The old school was built almost 100 years ago and the apartment was then home to the janitor's family. The apartment consists of a hall, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The apartment has a well thought-out floor plan with high ceilings, an old-fashioned pantry and a large wardrobe, which has been renovated with durable solutions. The continental bed is king-size (180x200) with eco-certified bedding. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

This special place is close to everything, the city center, bus station, the harbor with nice beach, tennis courts, nice hiking trails, golf, fishing etc. Great view from 80m2 large roof terrace with barbecue possibility, view of the whole of Båstad, the sea and Hallandsås. 40 m2 apartment for 3-4 people with 160 cm wide double bed and 140 cm wide sofa bed.
