Despite the seclusion, it is only 2 km to the nearest golf course, 4 km to the sea and 10 km to central Halmstad and Tylösand. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

Welcome to a historic environment with exclusive solutions. The old school was built almost 100 years ago and the apartment was then home to the janitor's family. The apartment consists of a hall, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The apartment has a well thought-out floor plan with high ceilings, an old-fashioned pantry and a large wardrobe, which has been renovated with durable solutions. The continental bed is king-size (180x200) with eco-certified bedding. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment.

On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.
