The guest does dishes and puts back porcelain, throws sorted garbage, and is responsible for leaving the cottage in the condition it was received. You can buy cleaning for SEK 550. The caretaker

Welcome to a historic environment with exclusive solutions. The old school was erected almost 100 years ago and the apartment then constituted the residence of the caretaker's family. The apartment has a thoughtful layout with high ceilings, old-fashioned pantry and large closet, which has been renovated with sustainable solutions, earthy colors and high-end matrix choices. The continental bed is king-size (180x200) with eco-certified beddings. The kitchen is well-equipped with stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment.

Through the gate from the garden there is close access to the river Lagan which is a popular spot for salmon fishing. The guesthouse is located on the back of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living room part and sleeping areas for four. A smaller patio is available at the property. Close to sea, lake, forest, ski resort and Bjärehalvön.
