The house is located on a large natural plot with the possibility of outdoor activities, a nice enclosed terrace, and good parking on a large gravel paved courtyard.

The apartment is newly renovated with a private entrance, to the 1st floor (stairs) folding bed (2 people) In addition to the bed (including bed linen), there is a sofa and TV for relaxation. The loft is probably suitable for young people as there is a steep staircase up there… There is a weekend bed with duvet and pillow - high chairs - changing pad in the bathroom. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Several beautiful beaches in the area, holiday center with pool and e.g. mini golf just around the corner. Forests and beautiful nature. 8 km to Stor climbing park. 18-hole golf course just across from the house. ½ hour to the German border. 10 km to Aabenraa. 3 km to shopping and pizzeria Pets are no longer allowed after 8/15/2021
